Well made!
My daughter went through batting gloves about every 1-2 months – they would always rip. We’ve gone through, lizard skins, nike & mizuno – these rawlings are the first pair to stand the test of time with approximately 1,500 swings a month for 4 months now. Still going strong with no rips.

Great quality gloves, but do run a little small
These are great gloves overall. Build quality is very good. The back is a thin and flexible fabric and the palm is real leather, which feels really great. Note the thick and squishy padding on the lower palm area. This should help reduce early wear on that area that is constantly rubbing against the bat handle during swings.The back of the item packaging does state that they are made for a smaller sized women’s hand, but I’m a male and will use for slowpitch softball. I got an adult large and it feels pretty small for a typical large batting glove. I’d suggest to size up if your hand size typically runs towards the upper end of sizing.

Premium gloves
These gloves are very good, probably the best I’ve owned. Now these are womens gloves so I figured I’d size up 1 size. I normally wear large so I bought XL. The fit is about 1 size smaller than men’s sizing. Now that being said I ordered the red white and blue gloves and they fit well…but I ordered a pair in white and those were a fair amount tighter. Still wearable but tighter. Not sure if that’s a one off or the sizing is off on the white gloves only. Just my experience.

Typical football pads; works with F25010 pants
These pads are typical of slotted style football pads. The knee and thigh pads will fit into mesh slots in the Rawlings F25010 Football Pants (sold separately), while the hip and tailbone pads have to be attached to the pants by running a football belt (purchased separately) through the slots in the pads. There are no directions for installing the pads into football pants, but the thigh and knee pads can be oriented by the Rawlings lettering on the top, front side of each pad, while the hip pads are oriented big side up and the tailbone pad is oriented with the slots at the top (most of the pad should be below belt level).The pads are good quality and are easy to wipe clean with anti-bacterial wipes (unless you prefer the smell of days old sweat). The pads are easily removed for washing the football pants.NOTE: Please see my review of the Rawlings Boys’ F25010 Football Pants for more information about pad size when using with X-Small pants.
