My thirteen-year-old Catahoula was very impressed with this pumpkin and apple digestive support supplement and could barely wait for me to open the canister. The product is extremely fine, about the consistency of talcum powder. It’s very easy to mix with wet food or sprinkle on dry kibble. My dog loves it when I mix it with a little hot water to make a gravy to pour over his kibble. The canister does have a scoop but mine was in the bottom of the canister. The product is so fine that during shipping the scoop will settle on the bottom, so I had to pour the pumpkin powder into a bowl to find the scoop. Not an issue but, just a heads-up to others. I tasted the product and it’s pretty intensely flavoured with a really nice sweetness, even a bit flowery. It’s not gritty at all and melted on my tongue quickly. The protein that this provides is high, with a single scoop providing 15% protein from the pumpkin seeds. This is also stunningly high in fibre, allowing it to work in my dog’s digestive system to regulate his stools. Not only are his daily ‘events’ less stinky, but he also has less flatulence. Best of all, he just loves it and gets very excited when he sees me fixing his meals The colour of the powder is a soft yellow, like the inside of a pumpkin, not the bright orange skin. I highly recommend this for its positive effect on my dog, the ease of serving it, and the high number of servings in each canister.

Works Well for a Sensitive Stomach, If You Can Get Your Dog to Eat It
This supplement seems to be very effective at improving my dog’s digestive regularity, but it is a daily struggle to get him to eat it.When I can get him to consume it, his stool quality improves noticeably, which is the primary reason I bought it.The powder format is easy to measure accurately and the ingredient list with natural fiber and probiotics is solid.The 60 serving container provides a good value, lasting for two months at the recommended dose for my dog.My dog, who is not normally a picky eater, clearly dislikes the taste or smell of this powder and actively tries to avoid it.My dog has a sensitive stomach, and I was looking for a daily supplement to help with consistency. I have to mix this powder thoroughly into wet food or with a bit of yogurt to mask the flavor.The product works as advertised, but be prepared to disguise it if your dog has a discerning palate.

If no scoop included, use a rounded 1/2tbsp as âone scoopâ
This didnât have a scoop included, and they dose it scoops/lb of body weight. One scoop for up to 25lbs, 2 scoops 26-50lbs, etc. Thankfully they also used weight in grams on the nutrition label (6.98g)!so I was able to get a rounded 1/2tbsp of powder to come out around 6.5-7g consistently. It was a bit of extra work that wouldâve been unnecessary if a measured scoop was included. Will update this review after some time to make note of any benefits/side effects.

Healthy, happy tummies
Iâve always kept pumpkin on hand to support my dogsâ digestion and keep them regular, especially my older pups who benefit from the extra fiber. I already supplement their diet daily with probiotics. Even with no diet changes, my dogs occasionally have loose stools â a frustrating mystery for any pet parent. Iâm adding this clean powdered, gentle fiber based pumpkin for occasional tummy upset and runny poop. I donât use it as a daily supplement. Itâs a gentle, effective way to get their gut health on track when needed. The powder format is great; no spoilage, no refrigeration, and easy to travel with. I love that the ingredients are organic â only the best for my pack. It mixes easily with food, and my dogs donât mind it. My dog cleans his bowl and licks up all the pumpkin powder (see pictures). There is a scoop provided, I used a spoon to dig it out of the canister. If youâre looking for a simple way to help your dogâs digestion and add fiber, this product will help. Your dogs will thank you with happy tails and healthy poops!

Helped firm up my dog’s bowl movements
My dog had a very sensitive stomach. Many foods and treats will give her diarrhea or very soft stools. I was worried this product would make problem worse; however, it had helped firm her stools. She had only been using for about one week so I will review again when she had taken for a longer period of time.

My picky cat didn’t mind it
Our dog and our cat are both over 10 years old, so I figured it’s time to give them some supplements. Our dog eats raw meat and kibble, and our cat eats wet food and kibble. Both of them seemed to not mind the pumpkin powder, and they are it with the rest of their food. Our cat is really picky, so I wasn’t sure she would eat it. It has a pleasant pumpkin scent, but I couldn’t bring myself to taste it. lol I assume it also has a pumpkin flavor. They don’t really have any digestive issues, but I am hoping this prevents any future digestive problems for our senior pets.
