1. As this aquarium pump is submersible, and need to be put into water fully before power on to avoid the aquarium pump burning out. Prohibit no-load running.It would shorten its lifespan and lead tomaking loud noises when running in the air for long time, Whenchanging water, please disconnect power supply.
2 .If the product suddenly stop working or make noises, which may caused by debris blockage. Please clean it regularly about once every two months.
3 .Insufficient power and insufficient frequency would affect the fountain pump’s flow rate. 50GPH refers to the flow rate without using a pump water pipe. If connected with a pump water pipe, the fountain pump maximum flow rate would less than 50GPH.
4.This mini pump has strainer design, please take isolation protections for the baby fishes while using this pump, to prevent them from being sucked into pump front strainer.

Perfect for DIY Ceramic Fountains
I use a pottery wheel to make small ceramic fountains, and the one in the video was my first one, ever. There were so many choices on Amazon, and I am so glad I chose this pump because it is silent, and I canât hear a thing!In the video, the pump is at the lowest setting, but this little pump is surprisingly powerful. Love!!!!!

Update on Second Pump – Spicy Water!
I ran this pump in a toad, snail and plant filled pond for two years. I used the hose to jet it clean once in a while and itâs worked great all this time running non stop. The water flow on high is surprisingly powerful for such a small pump, and it makes a nice soothing sound on low setting over rocks.Update June 2024 on my second pump purchased March 2024. I went to clear some weeds from the water surface today and thought something had bitten me, nope, the water was electrified! Immediately unplugged, all trust in submersible pumps is gone now! Pump and wire look fine but something went wrong!The only thing that broke it was cat hair getting into the pond and choking it, making it stop and burning out the motor, my bad for grooming pets near it. Instantly went to buy another as it was such a good pump for a great price.

Lots of power to get up to the top of our flow. Had a problem getting the plastic hose to fit onto our fountain. It would be nice of there were different sized attachments to fit different applications. But I made it works and happy with the results.
