It works for my issue
I never write reviews! I ride a short backed Moab mare. My riding consists of steep rocky trails. My saddle pad has a rubber back. My problem was my saddle would always slip forward going down hills but would stay in place going up hills. My little. Mare has narrow withers. I place this pad slightly behind her withers and then my pad over that. My problem has been eliminated and my saddle doesnât ride up on her neck anymore! Yes, the pad is small and thin but does itâs job and it hasnâ t ripped . I love it!

Stopped saddle slipping from side-to-side.
This pad works perfectly! We have a wide and flat backed, beefy reining QH. We would need to lunge a bit, then tighten, and many time tightened again a bit after risk g because the saddle would slip from side/to-side, (use a felt pad. A couple of times the saddle slipped to the side when mounting- Even putting our weigh straight above the stirrup.This pad corrected the problem completely, with the addition of a neoprene cinch. It is small and thin, and with the holes letâs the skin under breathe. Just big enough to work. I hose it off after riding and good as new. Solved a very annoying and dangerous problem for us. Brilliant solution!

It works!
Game changer for a slipping saddle. along with switching out from a mohair cinch. Saddle stays put and so do I. What’s not to love with that? The pad does look kinda flimsy, but I have been careful with it and also keep it clean and don’t tug and pull on it. It was a little pricey but worth it.

Game changer!
When I first got it was sceptical since it was so small. I have a flat back quarter horse mare. I ended up kinda making her girthy because I have to pull her so tight. I did that in 3-5 tightenings, not all at once. Anyway now I won’t ride her without it. All I need is a firm tight girth so she’s lost most of her girthiness. I feel much more secure in the saddle and that gives me confidence and in turn she feels a lot more trusting. This thing was worth ever penny!

Small but mighty
I ride a very barreled QH with no withers; because of his build it would cause my saddle and pad to majorly slip to the left/right while riding, especially jumping.This pad may look small but it worked really well! I prefer it being smaller than other brands because itâs less âreal estateâ on this back that would cause heavy sweat. The holes in the pad also helped alleviate sweat too.PA summers can be terribly hot and humid so knowing I can get a better ride and keeping him comfortable is a win-win!

Very round barrelled horse very difficult to keep saddle from sliding. This pad will help a little as long as saddle is fitted to horse properly.
