I have tried several probiotics over the years and find that after a while I do not have the same results as when I first start taking one brand over the next. I wanted to try these since they check a lot of boxes for me. They are multi strain with over 50 Billion CFUs and 15 strains in one small, easy to swallow vegan capsule. The ingredients are non GMO and they are manufactured in the USA. The capsules are acid resistant to ensure you get the benefits you want. The capsules are shelf stable so no need to refrigerate. A two month supply makes them a good value.

Good Digestive Support
This supplement contains a good variety of digestive and gut health ingredients. However, the label on the bottle is small and very difficult to read the exact ingredients. The capsules are about 3/4 of an inch long and are easy to swallow. They do not have any taste or smell. I have not experienced any side effects from this supplement. The bottle was sealed when received and the quality seems to be good. Expiration date on the bottle is 07/2028. I am taking this post prostate surgery that has screwed up my digestion while I am continuing to heal. Will update if needed. Good value. Would Recommend.

Easy to take
This probiotic checks the boxes for me: it has a wide range of different strains, and it is enteric coated so that it can reach your gut without being destroyed by your stomach acid. I like that it is made in the US ( although with foreign and domestic ingredients ). At the current price point it is a pretty good value for a 2-month supply.

They’re not huge horse pills which I appreciate. They don’t leave a particularly unpleasant taste in the mouth that they don’t really have a flavor. The price is just okay. I like that you could open the little capsules to mix it into your smoothie if you wanted. No complaints here

A decent quality probiotic is not cheap
This is a great probiotic for the price.When it comes to CFU a quality probiotic starts around the 30 billion mark, these are 50 billion.These are a cost effective way to build up and strengthen ones digestive tract especially after having to take a course of antibiotics.It’s also wise to take these about 2 hours after you’ve taken an antibiotic to limit the damage being done by the antibiotic so you don’t end up having to go through misery of establishing new strains of bacteria that are beneficial and nessesary to help digest your food.Also will help you recover from a cold more quickly, so it’s good to have on hand.
