Perfect stand for cage bases 18×18â or 18×14â
I specifically searched for a cage stand like this to fit my secondhand, gently used cockatiel cage. Included are photos of the assembly instructions so that anyone weighing purchase of this model can see how it works for 18×18â or 18×14â cage bases. My cage base measured about 18×14â and it was important to me that the bottom tray operate well within the frame so I could easily clean my cockatielâs paper daily.I love this cage stand! It fits my cage needs perfectly, allows easy access to the tray for cleaning, and makes moving the cage a cinch.Previously my cockatielâs cage was on a vintage plant stand that was 14×14â and could slide off the stand if bumped which made me nervous. My 18×14â cage now fits securely in this cage stand! Check out my pictures of the assembly instructions for model 444.

Make sure you get one that truly fits the cage
The rack for the bottom is wobbly, it stated a bird cage 18×18 and or 18×14 would fit mine is 18 x14 and it does not fit.

Fit my cage perfectly and is stable
I purchased this stand to go along with my cage. I especially like that the cage sits into the stand which will avoid any mishaps. It seems to be sturdy. Not to happy with the wheels. They don’t roll very well and are not the better quality.

I checked the measurements before ordering, and it fits my generic 18 x 18 cage very well. Happy with this purchase for my Myers parrotâs garden cage. Finish seems well made.

Much sturdier than the knock off cage I put on/in it. Easy to put together. The wing nuts and bolts plastic bag had opened up in the box, but thankfully they weâre all there. I put a 14âx18â in cage on this. Look at the base of cages, they have a lot of different dimensions for the bottom (the hard plastic which the wire cage fits into) I took a chance mine would fit and it does. I put tiny pieces of self sticking thick foam tape at each hole for the shelf to top the rattling noise. I paid $57 (with prime) for that $ I could of gotten a cage with a stand but I wanted sturdy well made. Prevue didnât disappoint.

Both my bird products are from this company….. ( 1 ) white stand on casters is the one I received on August 15th 2023, the screws are off whether it be a straight or star screw driver. The widths are to wide and the screw drivers slip off, it’s like their stripped ( maybe I was the unfortunate one ) either way not happy !!! Also, the stand was so badly marked up with what looked like beige/reddish marks all over the five pieces….very unappealing!!! ( wish I had pictures but my phone won’t send attachments etc anymore ) After wasting over have my day due to the screws, the cage is not the best fit ( no it’s not my assembly lol ) Not happy!!( 2 ) Black cage with stand/shelf on casters assembly is awful, All I have to say is… PLEASE rethink the assembly for this cage, it’s not as easy as THE COMPANY may think!!!!Will never purchase from them again…sorry.

First things first, despite the ad explicitly stating that the stand would be white, I instead received a black stand. Functionally of course, this is not a problem. However, it is extremely annoying as white was the desired colour. As for the stand itself, it is quite sturdy in both its 18×14 and 18×18 inch configurations. I would mention however, that those dimensions (also given in the ad as interior measurements) are not quite correct. In its 18×18 inch configuration, the interior dimensions are actually 17 5/8 x 17 1/4 inches. It is also worth noting that the shelf on the bottom sits off to one side in this configuration and will require zip ties in order to prevent it from tipping out of place. Lastly, the stock wheels are less than adequate. The set I received were less than an inch in diameter and would barely turn when pushed. Overall, this stand has been rather disappointing for the price.
