Sturdy safety harness — instructions could be clearer
I have no problems with the quality of this harness — the webbing and the stitching, as well as the safety line and hooks all look to be sturdy and well made. I’d feel reasonably confident (but unhappy) dropping out of a tree wearing this. However with safety equipment, it’s important to wear it correctly and get the adjustments correct, and the instructions are … not great. The harness, out of the bag, is sort of an octopus of straps and belts, and the directions for putting it on are a solid wall of text in small print. Put a diagram in the instructions and putting on the harness correctly would be a lot easier for first time users

Good Quality Harness at a Great Price
Review of Fymthan full body harness with dual lanyards. Overall this is a great value for your money in terms of quality and price. My positive and opportunity comments:Positive – Included literature indicates that the product meets GB-6095-2021 (China National Standard for Fall Protection Systems). Visual observation of the product suggests that the product most likely is compliant with the standard. Note – I previously worked an an expatriate for several years in China as a Safety Professional for a Global Energy Company. Contrary to what many folks may think, overall the Chinese GB Standards are actually quite good, though in country the compliance with them can be highly variable. I mention this to put the cited reference in context. The design and manufacturing quality seems quite good, especially considering the price point at under $30. Product includes a sewn in label that references various specifics including the manufacture date (see photo). Medium size fits well as described in the product description for sizing. Double lanyard with locking hooks and shock absorber is an awesome addition. Has rings at the waist to allow for additional / front clip in. Closure hooks are easy to open/close and adjust. Padded shoulder and waist belt help with comfort. Locking lanyard hooks operate smoothly. Comes with basic use instructions that are decently written/translated to English.Opportunities – Leg straps are a bit long, even for large thighs.

Able to get a tree down safely with it!
We used this for climbing a tree that we cut down. The tree itself was not of the best quality and was rotting so having a harness was a necessity. It fit well and was pretty easy to use. We went over everything and how to get down before anybody actually used it in the tree so that when it was time to come down, there were no issues figuring out how to do that. We were able to successfully get the tree down without anybody getting hurt so I can attest to the safety and functionality of this harness. We had my 200 pound husband in this and it held his weight well. I looked over the harness after he got down and there were no seam ripped or anything wrong with the harness. It looked like it hadnât been used, which is a good sign because it shows that it functioned like it was supposed to and is actually safe.

10 stars for saving my life!
10 stars! I had to get on the roof of my garage since my neighbors tree fell onto it this last spring. Since we had no heavy rain until now, I never noticed a leak. The pitch of my roof is very steep and I felt that I needed a harness to feel and be safe when trying to investigate what was going on. Needless to say, this harness saved my life. I slipped on the moss that was growing on top of the shingles and would have fallen down 14ft onto concrete had I not been fully harnessed and secured in to this harness. It fit me well and I am not a very big person. It’s very adjustable so it can fit most any person! It seems to be made well since it held my body weight 100% while I was dangling from the roof with a spotter on the other side. I would 100% recommend this harness to anyone needing to be safe on site or at home!!

Not much to say I haven’t fallen with it but I assume it would work! lolIts extremely comfortable and is very adjustable! allowing you to get a really good tight fitThe quality seems good everything feels very sturdy and like its going to lastIt functions well and isnt really that heavyI think I could wear this for 8 hours and not feel like I wore a harness for 8 hours lolmy only complaint is that the leg straps are not tounge buckle. I prefer that clip type as they are easier to get tight enough and quick and easy to put on!The lanyard is also very nice I really like it!
