A bit disappointing
Update 7/23/2025: My son pointed out that the buttons on the front panel do work, so the remote is not necessary to operate the cooler. After I posted my initial review, I received an offer from the seller for a full refund. This offer was followed up with a message from “Olivia” telling me that I must have misunderstood that the device contained an internal battery. The tone of this message was rude, arrogant and condescending. Further correspondence from Olivia was even more so. I was impressed with the offer of a full refund but I was dismayed with the messages from Olivia. Given my experience I will avoid this seller in the future.While rufus claims this comes with a battery, it does not. It runs strictly off of an external power supply (usb cord and power brick that is supplied or an external battery that is not supplied). The documentation provided with the cooler is scant at best, but I guess that is typical of products made in China. The controls on the cooler are accessible only with the provided (IR) remote, so you are SOL if you lose the remote.The only positive point about this cooler is that it runs and provides some cool air.

Perfect for what I need it for
It works pretty good. It serves it’s purpose. I just needed some cool air in my little sitting room where I listen to my music at and it’s perfect for just that. It doesn’t cool the room off or anything like that, but the cool air blows directly on you enough to keep you from sweating. My little sitting room gets so hot and I be sweating. Because I smoke cigarettes i have a dan in my window on exhaust to keep the smoke out so needless to say I be hot along with going through menopause. So this is exactly what I needed to keep cool while listening to my music. It is only good to blow directly on you to keep you cool and that’s all I need it for so I’m perfectly satisfied. I put water in it. Haven’t tried it with ice and water yet

Affordable and functional
I wanted a cheap alternative for when I’m alone at home, so I don’t have to turn on the AC. This is a good deal. It’s compact and portable. I tried it with ice, and it felt cool. It’s not completely silent, but it’s not too noisy either. I would say it’s better compared to traditional fans. It doesn’t have an internal battery, so it’s best to have a nearby outlet or a power bank. It does the job well, but it’s a good deal for use near one person. The remote works well, and the buttons are touch-sensitive. I like it.

Ordered New received Used ð
Received Used unit when ordered New. Dirty water wells and fan blades. Misleading bottom well description, the bottom well only collects condensation providing no cooling function at all. If there’s a condensing filter connecting to the bottom well as seen in other similar version (with same exact exterior appearance), then we will have extended swamp cooling function as described. Relatively quiet on low fan speed with good wind distance. Ice cube water in top water well provides good cooling effects only with misting humidifier on. Let’s see how long this unit will last since it’s obviously used.

It was late but not the sellers fault it was the delivery it is so easy to use and very light maybe get to try it when the hot weather returns but very pleased and the seller was great sorting out the delivery

Offered as a present for my mum and she loves it.Obviously , has been used abroad and for short period of time as summer now gone and issues with delivery.But so far so good.It’s small but she said she noticed a big difference when turned on.Will update as and when required.

Nice size cooler. Put water in top and plugged in (you need to buy a three pin plug as itâs USB )switched on and nothing happened. We tried the mister and that worked, the lights are great as well, however the fan did not work rendering it useless hence the rating.I Bought as a present but luckily always check working first before gifting.GOOD JOB I DID, also the box was bashed somewhat. We were still impressed with what was working shame not working and having to return.
