A Step Below The Black Hole Litter Mat But a Step Above The Rest Of The Competition
I am a certified cat behaviorist and a registered veterinary technician. It is my job to find the best products so I can recommend them to my client base that I have through my behavior business. This is my second favorite litter mat right after the Black Hole Litter Mat because it is equally as big and serves much of the same purpose. The price is much more affordable for the average consumer than other top brands and while this litter mat does lack a feature or two that the other mat has – it is minimal and the price range is what makes this an extremely effective product for cats and their owners for containing litter scatter.I would never use a litter mat that does not implement a honeycomb design and a bottom layer to catch the excess cat litter and it is fortunate for me that this litter mat has both a honeycomb design to catch all of the cat litter and a bottom layer to trap it until you are ready to empty the litter back into the box or into a trash can. The honeycomb design also encourages the cat to spread their toes while walking to help prevent your furry friend from tracking stray cat litter throughout the house. Another thing I like about this litter mat is that it uses soft EVA material which makes it a soft and comfortable material for the average cat to walk on.The design is very appealing and will complement any litter box that you decide to use it with. I love the sleek black design. The only thing I did not like (and is easily fixable by using a large box) is that it did not want to fold down flat at first. This can easily be fixed by shipping the litter mat completely flat rather than the packaging that they decided to use. I can testify that this litter mat is water proof, urine proof and easy to clean with a garden hose if you decide that it is dirty and needs a good washing.

So tired of cat litter everywhere! My daughter keeps her cat box in her bathroom and the cats tracked litter all over the floor and into her bedroom (carpet). So we got these to see if they actually help or not. Well they do help a lot!! Decided to get two, as one just didn’t seem like enough to cover how far the cats track litter getting out of the box and then the first few feet after that. We put one under the cat box so that when they come out of it they step on it then the other one next to that to further help litter fall of their feet. This has reduced the tracking of litter by 95% which is huge!Easy to use. Just lay them down and relax. I pick them up and dump what’s inside into the trash, as I figure it’s dirty litter anyhow, and them lay them back down. Easy enough to rinse out in the bath tub, if needed (after you remove the litter, don’t want that down your drain). They do come folded and it takes some time to lay flat, but they will eventually flatten out, so don’t fuss over that. The cats were never bothered by them at all and don’t claw them or mess with them. For us, these are awesome!My other daughter saw how these are working for us and she now will be ordering two for her house as well.

Il se nettoie facilement .Il est antidérapant .Il peut servir également à protéger des taches d’eau . C’est à cet usage que je l’ai pris ,pour mes petits chiens ,qui lorsqu’ils boivent ,en mettent tout autour de leur bac .

Da igual lo que barras, siempre queda esa gravilla fina que se te clava en el talón descalzo a las tres de la mañana. Buscaba algo más que una alfombrilla de tela, que al final acumula polvo y no retiene nada. Esto es otra historia. Es una especie de “bandeja” de silicona, de un tamaño considerable (86×56 cm), diseñada para ser la pista de aterrizaje del gato. Tiene una textura con relieves y, lo más importante, un borde que lo contiene todo.✅ Lo que me ha gustadoEl tamaño es descomunal. Mide 86 cm de largo, así que no hay salto que valga. El gato tiene que pisar sí o sí varios pasos sobre ella antes de llegar al parqué, y ahí es donde suelta la carga de arena de las patas.El borde elevado de 1 cm es la clave. Esto lo convierte en una bandeja estanca. Si al gato se le va la puntería y mea fuera, o si vuelca el bebedero (que también la he probado para eso), el líquido se queda dentro. Protege el suelo de verdad.La silicona hace su trabajo. Es blanda y no molesta a las almohadillas del gato, la ha aceptado sin problemas. Pero el patrón que tiene en relieve actúa como un cepillo. He notado una reducción drástica de la arena por la casa.Se limpia en un suspiro. Esto es lo mejor. Las de tela o rizo había que aspirarlas a conciencia. Esta la coges, la doblas un poco como un taco, y viertes la arena sobrante de vuelta al arenero (o a la basura). Un manguerazo en la ducha si se pone fea, y lista.No se mueve del sitio. La parte de abajo se agarra bien al suelo (en mi caso, tarima) y no se arruga ni patina cuando el gato sale corriendo.⚠️ Aspectos mejorablesOcupa lo que ocupa. Es enorme. Mide casi 90 cm. En un baño pequeño o un pasillo estrecho, puede ser un estorbo visual y físico. Tienes que tener el espacio para ponerla, no es para rincones.Vaciarla tiene su truco. Al ser tan grande y flexible, si la levantas mal cuando está llena de arena, corres el riesgo de desparramarlo todo. Me pasó la primera vez. Hay que cogerla con cuidado por los lados para hacer un canal.Es un imán para el polvo y los pelos. Como buena silicona, la electricidad estática hace que se le pegue todo. No solo la arena, también los pelos del gato y el polvo del ambiente. El color gris claro disimula bastante, pero hay que enjuagarla a menudo si la quieres ver impecable.🎯 ConclusiónPara mí, ha sido un antes y un después. Es una solución práctica y muy efectiva para el problema de la arena esparcida. Es mucho más higiénica y funcional que cualquier alfombrilla de tela. Si tienes espacio de sobra al lado del arenero y estás harto de barrer tres veces al día, es una compra totalmente acertada. Es, básicamente, una “zona de descontaminación” para el gato.

Decidí comprar esta alfombra para colocarla junto al arenero de mi gata porque ya estaba cansada de encontrar granitos de arena por todo el pasillo. Había probado con tapetes más pequeños y de materiales duros, pero ninguno lograba retener bien la arena ni resultaba cómodo para ella. Me llamó la atención que esta fuera de silicona y de tamaño grande, así que me animé a probarla.La primera impresión fue muy buena. Es suave al tacto, flexible y se adapta perfectamente al suelo. Lo mejor es que, aunque mi gata salte del arenero con energía, la alfombra no se mueve gracias a su base antideslizante. La textura atrapa bastante bien la arena que queda entre sus patas, y limpiar después es tan fácil como sacudirla o enjuagarla bajo el grifo.Recuerdo que la primera noche después de colocarla, entré al baño esperando ver el desastre de siempre, pero para mi sorpresa el suelo estaba limpio. Solo había unos pocos granitos sobre la alfombra, que pude recoger sin esfuerzo. Desde entonces, mantener la zona del arenero en orden se ha vuelto mucho más sencillo.El color gris claro combina bien con cualquier tipo de suelo y, además, el material es impermeable, así que no absorbe olores ni se estropea con la humedad.En resumen, esta alfombra ha sido una compra práctica y efectiva. Mi gata la acepta sin problema, el suelo se mantiene limpio y yo paso menos tiempo barriendo. Es de esas pequeñas mejoras en casa que realmente marcan la diferencia.
