My orphaned cat’s FAVORITE toy
My cat was abandoned by his mother at three weeks old, and so unfortunately had to be hand-reared as a singleton. Because he was separated from his mother too early, when he’s trying to self-soothe he likes to make biscuits and suckle on something soft, even now that he’s no longer a kitten. I got him this for his birthday this year, thinking he might take to it and BOY DID HE! I’d never go anywhere without it now! Any time I need him to settle, all I have to do is activate this baby and he’s INSTANTLY purring, suckling and biscuit-ing.Cons: the quality of the stuffed animal itself is poor, but the fabric is soft and my cat doesn’t seem to care about the lack of stuffing. Honestly it’s worth the price just for the easily removable internal purring mechanism, which you could just wrap with a blanket or towel of your choice.

Soothing, Soft, and So Cute!
This is my second time buying one of these purr kitties- the first time was when I was fostering a newborn kitten and she loved it. We have since adipted her and she is now an adult lol, but her little sister got pregnant before we were able to get her fixed and so now we have four little kittens who absolutely love this. The minute that I turn it on- it creates the most calming purring sound- and since they have a young mother, it seems to be very comforting to them. Itâs also really snuggly and soft. I feel like the color has changed from when I first got one a few years ago to now, but it has gotten cuter. Itâs a very light purple. The details on it are so fun too! I highly recommend for any age cat and even for humans that just like the sound of purring⦠soothing.

It’s a bit louder than it should be.
It arrived on time, and it’s exactly what it’s supposed to be. It works, but it’s a little loud for a calming purr. Worth $10, for sure, though.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this for my three month old kitten to help soothe him to sleep at night (as he came from a home with lots of others cats). It definitely purrs, but it’s kind of loud and doesn’t sound like purring after you listen to it for awhile. My kitten kept hitting it, so he was not a fan. I thought it would turn off on its own, but I let it play for a minute or two and it didn’t shut off until I pressed it again. I’m not crazy about it, but maybe it works for other cats and kittens! I might just take the sound pack out and let him just snuggle it as a plush instead.

My Cat Loves Her New Cuddle Buddy!
Being the servant/human to my Prudence, I often obtain pre-authorization on purchases. She prefers to sleep at my feet and neither of us prefer to snuggle in our sleep as we have different snoozing habits. While she prefers this scenario I often feel like she needs a pillow for comfort. I found this item that had different varieties to choose from so I zoomed in one at a time on each choice. She really checked each one out and reached for the Sloth! I did this twice and was confident to order. She loves it! It is the perfect size and has sound quality for cuddling. She does not munch her toys so I am unable to comment on chewability. I did not notice an offensive smell. The odor is like anything slightly new. I feel like it is safe for us to sleep with and very durable for this purpose. If I wake up at night, she lifts her head to look at me and softly mew, then nestles her head back on her sloth. We all know how finicky cats can be with toys and I can confidently state that this was a great choice for her. I will certainly use this pre-qualifying procesure with the princess from now on!

Best soothing toy for kittens
I have ferrel cats on our property to keep the rodent and rattlesnake population down. Therefore, cats are a very essential part of our ranch up keep. Unfortunately, every now and then, we find kittens that have either been abandoned or their mothers have died, leaving it up to me to supplement the feeding and be a surrogate mom. It’s very demanding. And I’m going through it right now. I have a little kitten who has lost its litter mates and mom has rejected it because it had different smells on it. I’ll explain later. This kitten is very aggressive and scratches and climbs more than babies it’s usual age. So, I looked for something that would settle it down and found this Purr Pillow Kitty Calming Toy. It absolutely works and he loves it. He clings to it as it purrs and settles down so much faster than before. Not only does it comfort him, it gives him something to sleep with so he doesn’t feel so alone. He was one of 5, but the others were killed by our neighbors dogs. My sister- in- law rescued it from the mouth of one of them, so we named him Chewy because he was almost a chew toy for that dog. So if you have a nervous or anxious cat, I’m sure it would work for it as well. It’s amazing. Watch the video. You’ll see how well it works.

Je l ai acheté pour notre futur petit chiot je l envelopper dans une couverture… Le produit correspond à la description mais pas à la photo ce qui est décevant…. Je m attendais à un doudou tout doudou et un peu plus grand…. Il a la taille d une main….sinon il a l air solide et le sachet qui contient les billes chauffantes à l air bien solide aussi…

Miren, el peluche es muy bonito, en efecto se apachurra, prende unos dos minutos y se apaga solo. Lo compré para ver si animaba a una de mis gatitas que andaba enferma pero lo odiaron todos los gatos, se encuentran muy indignados que esa cosa plana y morada ronroneé sin ser un gato y le pegan y le huyen. Me imagino que como son gatos adultos no sienten ese confort con ronroneo artificial, quizá para gatitos funcione bien. No lo califico mal porque el peluche está bonito y se ve resistente, no es su culpa que mis gatos sean payasos.

I am going to call this fluffy purring blob with a face Clive. Initially Clive scared the hell out of my cat when we pressed the purr button but he soon got used to it and decided Clive was a new fun toy that he could catch, bite and kick at his leisure. He thoroughly enjoyed carrying Clive around in his mouth, plopping him down on the floor before preceding to kill Clive as well as he could. Clive is his new favourite toy and if I pick Clive up and stroke him, it makes my cat really jealous and immediately want attention ð¤£update: months later Clive has become my cats best friend. He sleeps with him every night and Clive is a great deterrent from feet nibbling which my cat is partial to at 3 in the morning. This purchase was 100% worth every penny, I would highly recommend.update Sept 2021: I have since bought 4 of these little guys and both my cats use them. I have not been able to find anything better. I used it with my little one to settle him in and he loved needing it. The purring works instantly to settle him down and help him get to sleep. I tried the toys with the heart beats but it was no where near as good as the purring toy and the way the purring toy is made helps the cats cuddle it etc.my only problem is that it is really hit and miss if you get a toy where the purring works and lasts two minutes. out of the 4 I bought, only 2 worked properly when they arrived, with the other 2 switching off after only 5 seconds. It’s a shame because when these products work they are amazing and I can’t find anything else like them anywhere

My adopted cat was shocked by the low sound created and did not want to get close to the toy. So I reckon that the product doesn’t work 100% on every cat.
