Perfect for my senior yorkie
My Yorkie Gracie does not like having her long hair brushed, however this brush is perfect for her skin and coat. The bristles are stiff enough but also soft. The bristles do not poke her skin.

My rescue short-haired shepherd mix finally loves to get brushed!
I ordered this as an afterthought with another dog grooming product. Our 3 year-old dog is shedding so much and recently started having dandruff. However, she is skittish about being brushed and I use a mitt but it barely makes a dent. Plus she fusses and pulls away. I received this brush and the bristles are soft but strong. She likes to watch my daughter brush her hair and seemed excited when I showed her this brush. She sat down on her bed and let us brush her. I have used it 3 times and she thinks it is play time. It works great. Her coat is silky smooth. It does not get rid of undercoat but it picks up loose hair and hair and dirt sitting on top of the coat. I am not kidding this is the first brush she has ever let me use on her. Thank you!

soft bristles
My rescue dog does not like to be brushed. This brush is gentle and Maggie seems to find it soothing. the brush helped us take a big step with our dog who was previously abused. I remembered my grandmother brushing out tangles in my hair with a boar bristle brush when I was a young tomboy. It was soothing. A great polishing brush. There are better brushes for matted hair.

Gentle but firm
Natural boar bristles do an excellent job of grooming the skin under the coat. The bristles do not shed from the brush. They gently pull excess fur away while loosening any dander. I use it on my senior Siamese and he loves it. Easy to work with, fits my hand. Nice product, nice outcome.

I knew the minute I saw it. Thatâs the one. It gets the job done. His coat is shiny, and clean. He carries himself proud once we have brushed him. The brush is well made, durable. The bristles have the right combination of softness & hardness to glide thru his coat taking up any excess. The brush is full once we are done.
