Dial slips
Received at end of Oct. It’s March, and I’m shopping for a new helmet. The adjusting dial has been slipping since January. I was hoping it was just plastic in cold weather, but now that it’s warm, we’re still having the same issue. We do not loosen every time we wear it; we set it and forget it. Unfortunately, this is a safety hazard. I’m very disappointed as we have loved our Ovation schoolers for years.
