Great for Big Kitten Energy
My kittens love this! It keeps them busy and moving around, burning off all the excess energy. The soft chirping sound and lights on the ball keep them engaged. Great toy for when I need my cats distracted while I’m on a work call! Definitely recommend!

My 3 fur kids canât get enough!
First of all, all three of my fur kids â from the shy/skittish one to the absolute menace to society â absolutely love this toy. The battery life is great and it entertains them forever. I love the different setting too. Their favorite option is to have it in the âbagâ on fast or slow mode. The furry part even stick out of the top holes sometimes which just drives them nuts (in a good way). Totally recommend!!

Fun and well made
This is one of the best cat enrichment toys I’ve found yet. When I open the box everything was there and it looked super fun. Very well made. I love that you can take the ball out and it keeps the kitties very active.

Almost perfect toy
I have two other automated ORSDA cat toys, and this is hands-down my cats’ favorite. My older cat likes the maze pouch, while my younger loves the interactive ball. (You can see her in my photo standing on her back legs with the ball clutched in her paws!) I started with putting the ball into the maze, and my older cat immediately began jumping on it. It took my younger a bit more time to become interested, but then she gave it a try, too. However, when I got the ball all dolled up with the feather and fur ruff and sent it whizzing around the floor, she was more interested in chasing it than pouncing on it in the maze. Once she catches it, she grabs it in her paws and licks and bites it before setting it free to chase it some more. She has another automated ball with a rope tail, and she walks around after it, but she’s never wanted to catch and hold it like this.I had some concerns about the noise, since the other automated ball also makes a noise, but the ORSDA ball has a quiet and melodious sound. My husband is very sensitive to noise, and he finds it quite tolerable. I think if I had one suggestion, however, it would be that the ball have a silent mode beyond just when it is on do not disturb.( We don’t leave it out at night anyway because, while the ball is quiet, our cat chasing it is not!) I also was concerned that the ball might be noisy rolling in the maze on our hard floors, because I had that issue with a toy I returned that really made a racket. This ball has a softer rubber-like shell that cuts down on noise tremendously. I was actually surprised by how quiet it is! I like the fact that the ball is rechargeable – no running through batteries. With the stand-by mode, the charge on the ball lasts two or three days of lots of playing. I also tried the clapping to start the noise up so that the ball could be found. It works perfectly! The range seems a little short, but I found my ball within a couple minutes. The parts all seem durable, but I foresee running through the feather chasers due to how much my cat loves to bite and chew at them (she is a chewer). I haven’t checked to see if you can buy more, but the company usually has the disposable accessories available for purchase.I would also like to note, if you are a first time customer contemplating buying this toy, that ORSDA’s customer service is the best in the country. They keep every promise they make and do so cheerfully and immediately. I found that out when I purchased my first item from them, a drinking fountain that I’ve had for years now. I had an issue with a toy part on one of my other toys more recently and was sent not only a free replacement that I didn’t ask for, but a handmade video showing me how to put it on, fixing the initial problem.

My cat LOVES this toy and plays with it often. Downfall is that the ball needs to be charged every other day. No options to purchase an additional ball to use while she waits for it to be charged.

Great price for two toys in one!
This is such a unique toy, you get two in one. My cat was skeptical at first but it didn’t take her long to figure it out. I think a really nice feature is that you can take the activated ball out of the mat and use it as a separate toy, so basically you get two toys for the price of one. I was impressed with the sellers note that came with it. Very personalized.

EDIT: ORSDA Fully Refunded & Replaced Product After Ball Toy Failed
EDIT: The seller, Orsda, reached out after I expressed my initial issue with the ball toy included with the product and offered to ship an additional ball toy. Before I could accept, however, the one that I had stopped working randomly. I informed the seller that, essentially, I would be returning the toy since it had failed within the 30-day window, and it was kinda pointless for me to accept a “free ball toy” at that point. ORSDA, however, rather than have me go through the return process instead fully refunded the cost of the original pouch toy I had purchased AND sent a replacement upgraded blue & black pouch & ball toy. The ball toy is virtually identical to the one that failed, but I appreciate the effort ORSDA has made to try and amend the situation. If you want to read my original & previously edited review, please see below.******************PRIMARY EDIT: First of all, I really wanna make this clear: my bundle of 4-month old kittens REALLY LOVED this toy. Like really, REALLY loved this toy. Which is why I kinda hate giving this thing a negative review.But here’s basically what happened: I had settled for this variation of this product despite actually wanting another variation of it (The Black & Blue Pouch w/Cat Faces), which was out of stock at the time of purchase and going for upwards of $65-95 on virtually every other site that still had it listed, which was insane. But my kittens had shredded their roving mouse toy (the one that’s like a fake “mouse” under some kind of fabric that spins in irregular patterns around a central base)–and I mean shredded the fabric & destroyed the feathered “mouse”–so I NEEDED some other kind of interactive toy for them, and landed on this one thinking “wow, how smart–theu can chase it without actually biting and tearing the thing! Yay!”I WAS SO, SO WRONG. Lesson #1 of all cat toys: CAT TOYS NEVER SURVIVE CONTACT WITH CATS. EVER. ðSo, at first they would just flop on top of the bag, which defeated the ball fairly quickly and pinned it into one of the corners. Eventually they figured this out and for max entertainment would only approach it one at a time so that they could each enjoy trying to grab it inside the bag. But this quickly got boring and they began tearing at the pouch with their claws (which did not work surprisingly) and their teeth (which absolutely did work). So it then became obvious that if I wanted this toy to even have a CHANCE, I was gonna have to take the ball out of the pouch.At first, I was super surprised. This thing MOVES, like, REALLY MOVES. Anyone ever get the “Wicked Ball M1/M3” cat toy from Cheerble? Yeah this moves around over carpet & hard floor WAY better than that thing. But unlike Cheerble, which seemed to anticipate that cats have things like claws & teeth that can be razor sharp, Orsda does not. Their ball is made with an extremely thin soft silicone layer–that doesn’t even wrap the entire ball. At one point there is a cut-awaynthat tucks in around a solid part at the base of the ball and, once out of the pouch, you can believe that my kittens figured that out and began tearing at the ball right where that silicone joins the solid ball. ð®âð¨ It’s just so damn THIN that it was super easy for them to do, and even light play began damaging the ball exponentially until today, finally, it just stopped working. After less than a month. I had posted a review about this issue previously, before the ball had become irrevocably damaged, so I’m including the picture from that as well. You can see how even just grazing the ball left claw marks that cut through the silicone, and I had managed to re-tuck the silicone edges in around that cutout in the ball, which didn’t last long unfortunately before their teeth ripped it away again. ðThe last thing is the battery life on this ball is, well, abysmal. With constant play the battery is dead in about 2-4 hours at most, and takes up having to re-charge the ball about 3 times a day just to ensure it would be available as an interactive activity when they were ready for one, which was extremely frustrating.IN SUMMARY: Was it fun for the kittens? Absolutely. Is it durable? The pouch-yes, but the ball? No. Not at all. The battery life is terrible, and the silicone covering the ball is just too thin, and the design of the ball itself creates even more opportunities for cats to figure out a way to break it for good. I would have to spend money every month on the same ball toy to keep this activity in rotation. Is that worth it at the current price? That answer will be different for everyone. As for me, I’m still not sure it is. But I know I have to return this product after less than a month, so you decide.
