Awesome product at a fair price, and it genuinely seems effective!Our dog Pluto began squinting, with his eyes being red and we observed he was struggling to keep his eyes open due to some crustiness around them. We weren’t sure what triggered this, only thing we can think of is maybe when he was bathed last with a new flea/tick medicated shampoo, maybe said shampoo burned his eyes accidentally? After a few days, we consulted a vet who suggested this particular product, so we decided to buy it.It took about a week, but after applying this ointment to Pluto’s eyes three times a day, his eyes are finally getting back to normal! ðOintment itself is kinda thick, so Pluto didn’t enjoy us applying the ointment to his eyes but after a few days he finally accepted defeat & let us put the medicine in his eyes to make him better!

Lifesaver for my dog’s dry, itchy eyes
Iâve been using this eye lubricant for my dog, who has glaucoma, and itâs been a lifesaver! His vet recommended it, and Iâm so glad they did. These drops work really well to keep his eyes lubricated and comfortable. He used to itch at his eyes a lot due to dryness, but since I started using this, it helps relieve that irritation and keeps his eyes feeling much better. Itâs easy to apply, though Iâd suggest being careful as the gel can come out quickly. A little goes a long way! Iâve noticed a significant improvement in his eye health, and itâs been a great addition to his routine. Highly recommend it to anyone with a pet with itchy dry eyes!

The Best!
This is the best eye ointment for moisture in my little dogs dry eyes. We have tried several products and Optixcare is the winner! Dry eyes really hurt and the crud builds up and guns the poor dogs eyes. This has been the best product maintaining some moisture in the eye. Normally 3 times a day keeps Tators eyes moist and the clean up is faster and better to cleanse his eyes. Dry eye disease is horrible for the dogs and Opticare has been a great relief for our Tator Tot. The price is fair and less than a lot of products. It is a blessing to keep his eyes moist, less discharge, and no crying when they need cared for. Thank you. The wipes and cleanser is also very good and really helps with his eye hygiene and keeping his eye sight intact. Great!

Good Value and helps my dogs eyes
My dog has dry eye disease (KCS) and this in addition to her prescription eye drops has really helped keep her eyeâs lubricated for many hours. I apply it twice per day and a little goes a long way. The tube is a great size and value compared to the ones I have purchased from the vet or pet store.

I have a rabbit who is prone to allergies and dry eyes, which makes her prone to eye infections too. I use just a lil dab of this on each eye before bed each night and it helps so much combined with the prescription drops my vet gives us. Not only does she have less irritation, she also doesnât mind this stuff at all. She knows the difference between this and other brands because for this, sheâll sit down and let you do it and for the other brands: youâre getting your cardio today!It also lasts for a long time if youâre real careful with application. This is a great addition to any pet first aid kit.I always keep this on hand just in case.

My cat seems to develop redness in one of his eyes a couple of times a year. I have used this on it and after a day or two the redness is gone. I am always checking to see if there is any new redness that could result in a worse infection. So far it has cleared up each time and did not have to take him to the vet.
