DO NOT USE! GAVE MY CAT BALD SPOT
I did a test spot and waited before applying the full dose like recommended, test spot didnât show any adverse side effects so I applied the full dose 24 hours later. Well tonight I noticed my poor baby has a bald spot on her neck where I applied the product! I washed it off with soap and water and hopefully it doesnât get worse. I bought this product because it was all natural and supposedly had no adverse side effects but I do not think it is safe given the fact it did this to my cat. Beware.

I’m grateful for this product
This works really well for my cat I take him for walks on his leash and some of the areas we go to it’s kind of wooden areas where there’s a lot of trees and stuff but it seems like the police stuff does pretty good Plus I use double protection with the flea collar all natural I don’t use any chemicals on my cat I learned my lesson several years ago when I lost my sleep fur baby the oral cancer because of the chemicals from regular flea treatments those are the worst things in the world and the only reason I use that on her is because the veterinarian advised it at that time. But this here I’m grateful that whoever invented this I’m grateful to that person just a really good product.

Didn’t really work for me
I put this on my cat that goes out and she still came home with fleas. It has a smell that my cat didn’t really like. Maybe in combination with a collar it might be more effective.

My husband and I want to avoid ALL synthetic flea and tick preventatives at all costs. It makes absolutely no sense to us to basically put poison into our pets systems in order to control fleas and ticks. There isn’t one synthetic flea and tick preventative that I have researched where there haven’t been some pretty horrible side effects. A year ago we moved from Chicago to a very heavily infested flea and tick area of the country. It was our vet in Chicago who suggested Easy Defense for both our cats and dogs. We also use the Easy Defense flea and tick preventative collar tag on our five animals. Our cats (2) – one of whom is 20years old – are indoor cats and have had no adverse reaction to Easy Defense and have had no fleas. Our three dogs ARE outside so in addition to the Easy Defense squeeze on and the collar tags, we spray them once a week with another natural flea and tick preventative. We are coming to the end of the flea season where we live and we have had no fleas whatsoever. We have found a couple of ticks but they were crawling on the dogs’ fur and not attached. We are very pleased with this product and will continue using it. It is obviously a little less convenient than the synthetic squeeze ons but the fact that we are not putting poison into our pets system is a very small price to pay.

Irritated skin of my cat.
Was excited to find natural product instead of toxins of revolution for flea control. Unfortunately, my cat had a negative reaction to this product. I only applied about 1/2 the product by accident (actually there is a lot more in that tube than appears.) Very oily and it spread out to a pretty big area. She attempted to lick it of course. But as the oiliness disappeared I discovered that her hair was thinning and a big red patch of skin underneath. Looked like a burn where I applied the dosage …obviously irritated. I then researched the ingredients better and found that geraniol does have listed as skin irritant.
