ONE K DEFENDER REFIT RIDING HELMET LINER
If a One K Helmet does not come in your size, you can easily change the liner for a perfect fit.
One K liners also provide ultimate flexibility for growing children, shared helmets, or women who wear hair differently for schooling and show!
Three shells make up all sizes. The base shells are Medium, Large and X-Large:
– Use the Medium size helmet with a Small or X-Small liner to change the fit of the Medium helmet into a Small or X-Small.
– Use the Large size helmet with an X-Large liner to change the fit to X-Large.
– Use the X-Large size helmet with the XX-Large liner to change the fit to XX-Large.

REPLACEMENT – Our liner is easy to wash, moisture-wicking, and anti-microbial so you can always have a clean and dry one ready for next ride.

Love the ability to size your helmet up or down with the liners
First, the removable liner is a must in a hot climate to avoid stinky helmet syndrome… but I now have a M, L & XL liner which effectively resizes your One K helmet to adjust for various ways to wear longer hair. If my hair is down in a low pony tail, the M takes up some of the space in my L oval helmet, but if I want to wear my hair up under the helmet when itâs really hot & humid, the XL gives the extra hair a place to sit without risking the safety of the helmet. The L works well with my hair in a higher pony tail with the tail sticking out the back. Washes up well in a lingerie bag in the washer & air drying.

Good
Chopped my hair off since I bought my helmet. Had my helmet for a few years so the liner had been worn in a bit. New liner is thicker and made my helmet fit again. Bit pricey but only option.
