Good for my cat.
Iâve been using the Omega 3 Fish Oil for Cats (Better Than Salmon Oil) for a while, and itâs been a great addition to my catâs routine. The pump makes it super easy to add to food, and the smell isnât overwhelming like some other fish oils. Iâve noticed less dandruff and shedding, and my catâs coat looks shinier and healthier. I also like that itâs made from small wild-caught fish rather than just salmon oil.Cleared up dandruff, made the coat silky, and even turned my picky eater into a fish oil fanâpaws down, worth it!

This stuff is awesome!
I’m giving this 5 stars because I tried numerous things for one of my cats that had a serious issue with dry skin on her lower back by the tail. I’m not exaggerating, I used one pump on some wet canned food, mixed it up and within a few days the inflammation was completely gone and her hair started growing back and she was no longer acting so irritated.I have been using this once a week for all my cats and they all have healthy coats, no longer puking up hairballs (or at all) all the time, and something else I didn’t even expect, which is they ALL look very healthy. The fat one slimmed down and the skinny one has gained some weight.

I use this in my cats dry food once amonth (4 cats) they love the taste usually they take 3 days to empty the bowl but now itâs like they gobble it up in two days . Everyoneâs fur is nice shinny.

Not economical, but good
The bottle is already finished…The picky feral cat liked it…and it seems that the straying oppossum too. I thought it would just alone help to prevent cats from getting parasites, but I guess one needs to combine it with other means of prevention. The opaque bottle poured badly…a leakage…due to the pump…which explains also why it did not last longuer. Now I must say the animal’s hair look like silk. It also helps with cats’ hairballs apparently, making the process easier for the animal. Instructions are clear and it seems to be a good company. I know these are hard times, and I wished it was simply not as expensive… Do not give cats your food supplement it is dangerous for them and remember these Omega 3 are just for your own cat too…LOL. Fatty acids help to maintain your pet healthy. Pets deal with allergic reactions (flea/ear mites/food, etc. Or chronic disease/ cancer/ auto-immune, inflammations, etc.) and just like us, they can benefit from powerful healing food like nuts, flax and of course fish. In most of the cat foot we buy omega 6 are abundant because I guess they are cheaper? I personally try to avoid grains or cereals in food for animals because they provoke itchiness badly. In theory omega 3 should be given in small quantites 2 times a day (see the package for clearer instructions). This liquid supplement is very efficient dropped in the food as it is fast absorbed by the cat and its body cells. It would have been easier if the pump did not leak (the reason I had to pour the liquid into the food). That being said, I noticed a huge improvement in just one week. The reviews were very good mentioning ingredients are all natural and the product efficient. Well, I agree with them and recommend.

Quality seems subpar and the spout cap is cheap quality that easily breaks.
The Spout cap is frustratingly flawed and breaks easily. After a few uses the spring will come off and putting it back is no easy task. I ended up putting the contents into my catâs empty vitamin dropper. The oil also has a cheap stinky fish smell to it that is similar to bad quality oil you buy for human consumption. Not good quality at all. Cannot recommend.

My picky cat likes it
My cat lost his fur in the back due to him pulling and over licking the area( Later found out he licked the area that hurts. He got arthritis). I bought this oil because my cat doesn’t like salmon ,I read sardines are actually better than salmon, so I wanted try this one. I mix a half a pump on his wet tuna meal (Meow mix, tuna and shrimp only one he eats) . I add an teaspoonful of warm water in his food to make a broth. he loves the broth and will gobble up. Within two weeks he got his fur back . He is more active , gives him more energy. He has gained a pound since this oil is helping him eat more. Which is great because he lost a lot of weight due to his kidneys and wouldn’t eat. Now I give to my other cat and her fur is very soft and less dander. Our cats are both 15 years old and they are very happy.Update: It’s been 3 moths since given to our two senior cats, they shed less, very soft fur, more energy ,assuming helping with joints ,they are little bit active than before (they are playing now!) . Now I am giving to the dogs from the same bottle. we have 43 lb and 58 lbs dog. Their skin and fur gotten shinier and softer. They are getting old too, and lives outdoor. I think oil is helping the dogs too. they love the oil. lick the bowl up. oil says for cats but so far it is working for the dogs with out any consequences.FYI, I give 2 pumps of oil to the 43lb , 3pumps of oil to the 58lb.It depends on your animals’ weight so check the dosage ,you can find the instruction on the bottle. Also, too much oil can make their stomach little upset so adjust the dose accordingly. If you have multiple dogs and cats like me, you could get a larger bottle and give to all of your fur babies. Happy babies, saves your wallet too. win win!I recommend to anyone who wants your fur babies to feel better. This oil has worked for ours.

Picky Eater Approved
We got this for our cat who has ongoing skin issues and hoped it might help. Our biggest concern was whether heâd actually eat it, but he licks the bowl clean every time. Itâs a huge relief to find something he enjoys. Weâre optimistic that with continued use, weâll start to see improvements in his skin allergies as well..

Iâve used this before on my cats and it always gave them a glossy coat. I like to add it to their dry kibble with a bit of water to ensure they get every drop of this precious elixir. They drink it right away so I know itâs not sticking to sides of cat bowl

This is the only omega that’s worked for one of my cats. He kept a rough, dandruffy coat for years with several other kinds of high quality oils even in big quantities. Complete 180 with this one!

This is the best stuff. My ragdoll’s fur was clumpy, coarse and his skin was so flaky. Been using this about 3 weeks and his fur is so soft and feathery, the brush goes through it so easily. There’s barely any flakes and he’s not rubbing his back across the carpet anymore. He just looks healthier and happier

I had read the reviews and researched online . I have two cats. An elderly medium hair cat and a long hair 6 year old cat. Both have beautiful coats but I would have to use a shedding and undercoat brush and groom them weekly as they started getting mats. My cats can only have a brand of food without chicken due to allergies that cause digestive issues, upon research I found that they could be missing vitamins and oils due to the limited ingredients food that could impact their coats. After researching what can cause mats I took a chance. Within 8 days of use my cats only had the smallest mats. We are now 3 months in and it is super rare they have any! Also the oils and omegas I sware help my elderly cat have more energy. We pump 1 pump in each bowl for breakfast and dinner and mix it on their dry food. Neither cat turned there nose up and it and ate it same day. We keep it in fridge and use it for the twice a day feedings. I am now ordering a third bottle.

My cats didn’t like it as much, they will not eat it with the recommended dose. They prefer half doses in their food. Their coats are very soft after 3 weeks of use and the dandruff is less.
