Neat
This is a neat little food dish that I got for my mourning geckos. It’s a good size that I believe it should be sufficient enough for a few of them. It’s very sturdy, it feels like real rock.

Nice elevated eating dish is good for mimicking natural eating habits
This is the perfect size for my adult Crested Gecko to eat out of. The strong magnets hold the dish up so he can climb up to reach it. I was happy it holds his weight, and is simulating their natural eating habits. The dish itself is well made and it blends into the cadge decorations well. The cups it comes with are a thin plastic, which makes sense to keep it able to stay up.

This feeding tray has a very powerful magnet. It works extremely well. My bearded dragon eats from it easily. It looks like a real rock. I like the removable trays, they are easy to clean. It is the perfect size. Great value and very durable.

Very well made and VERY strong magnet!
Very nice item! My glass is thicker than most tanks so the magnet didn’t quite hold it up. The magnet is super strong and didn’t come off, it just slid down the tank if you put any weight on it. But that’s ok, I can still use it towards the bottom for water! And if you’re glass is thick you can easily have something under it to hold it up which i night eventually do, like a vine. I love the little bowls it comes with and they’re the same size as the other feeder shelves i have so I don’t have to prefer different sizes. Not cheap material, really well made.

My lizard loves it!
I am very happy with this small magnetic feeding dish, so is my green anole! Not only can I put her mealworms in it, but she loves using it as a basking spot. It comes with a resin “rock” cup holder, and 4 cups. The magnet is very strong and secure, the plastic cups are strong enough to be reused, and the rock holder is really good quality. I think the price (roughly $15) is a very fair price. I got the small size and I think it would be perfect for any small lizard, or frog (particularly arboreal species since you can put it higher up).

Good quality for a lighter pet
This is a good quality dish with removable and reusable dish liners. Another reviewer said they got 4 dishes. Mine came with 3 as the listing says, so they got a bonus. Two of my dishes came damaged which is not all that big of a deal, but it’s a bummer. The unit itself looks great. The magnet holds well, but would be best for lighter pets (see my video). If you are mounting on the bottom of your tank it won’t matter. I use these to elevate my dishes so they can have the fun of climbing for the food. Also, they can’t bury their dishes (hermit crabs) or it just give them more room to run (my gecko). If your pet is heavy, just keep the bowl lower and you will be fine.Oh… and warning… I was trying to keep the cardboard between the magnets so they wouldn’t get permanently attached until I decide where to mount it. I was being careful, and the magnet still jumped out of my hand and pinched one of my fingers between the two magnets. These things are strong. (They need to be to hold the bowl) Just be careful.

This gecko feeding ledge works pretty well overall. It feels sturdy enough and holds a decent amount of weight. I wouldnât use it for my leachianus geckoâjust to be safeâbut itâs been great for both my crested and gargoyle geckos. The magnet holds up surprisingly well, even through a glass enclosure, and it stays securely in place.Iâve mainly used it for feeding worms since they already have a regular dish for their main diet, and so far, the geckos havenât knocked the cup out of the ledge while feeding. Itâs held up nicely and has been really fun to watch them use. Definitely a solid option for smaller to medium-sized geckos.

Easy feeds
I had to find an easier way to get my chameleon fed when I have a pet-sitter. He doesnât resist ME getting him from his enclosure, but he gives everyone else a hard time.Luckily, when testing this out, has made it so food can come to him instead.If your lizard has a sticky tongue, I would omit the plastic liner cups that are included, as it will hit your pet in the face after food strikes, and scare. This resin feeder is easy to clean anyway. And as long as you donât let the magnets slam together around the layer of tank glass, is quite the easy install.I wish I knew this existed sooner, itâs no longer stressful for helpers to take care of my precious Cham. Peace of mind knowing he will easily get the proper care to thrive is important to me.
