Customers find the joint supplement to be of excellent quality, with one noting it’s much nicer than the powder form. The product receives mixed feedback regarding mobility, with one customer reporting improvements in their horse’s movement while another mentions no benefits to movement. Taste is also mixed, with several customers reporting their horses won’t eat it. Value for money is also mixed, with one customer noting the cost per feeding isn’t bad at all.

Really works
I got this for my 20 year old pony that suddenly developed like wind puffs on her fetlocks and hocks. Since she wasn’t being ridden I couldn’t figure out what would cause the fluid build up. So decided to try this and what a miracle. The fluid was gone in a week and hasn’t come back. I like that it’s a easy to eat pellet instead of a powder and she eats it with no problem. It’s helped her mobility and the the cost per feeding isn’t bad at all. There is definitely no waste to it. I’m totally happy with it. Cosequin has been around for a long time so you can trust their quality.

vet recommended
My horse vet recommends this product. I’ve used both the grains and pelleted version, but have now been using the pellets for years on the assumption that they are more likely to get ingested. I have no idea whether they are effective, since my present horse has always been on this product since I purchased him. But I’m not about to quit! I’ll trust my vet on this one.

Pelleted convenience and palatable to my horse, Excellent product
This brand is the standard dosage for stand-alone Cosequin. I decided to get the full dose rather than the combination hoof supplement because of dosage/efficacy. My horse is easy to medicate and supplement. He pretty much eats anything I give him. Still, I was surprised that he greedily ate the Cosequin pellets out of my hand while he was in the pasture. They have a bitter taste to me. Your results may be different if you have a finicky eater. After using for a few days, my horse seems jumpy. Iâm going to stop use and see if its causing the jumpiness. If not 5 stars.

Great alternative to powder
If your horse doesn’t like.the powder, these are great. Its the only way our horses will take it.

It really works
I use this along side of a prescription I got from my vet. And between the 2 of them. My mare is feeling better than she has in a long time she’s an ex racehorse broodmare who had 10 babies. Living her best life now. When winter came we almost lost her. Could barley more and peed all over herself. We took her to the vet and the suggest this and a prescription and between the both. She bounced back! This plays a big part as we started this before we had the prescription in and she was able to move able to move again her clicking was nearly gone. This was her first real ride after going 3 months without any work. She needed to blow off some real steam. She was so lively again.

Love the pellet form
My horse hates the powder so I was very happy to find the pellet form. Easy to use and comes with the scoop. My horse seems to like the taste since she eats it all up everyday. I would highly recommend if your horse doesnât like the powder form!
