Great bandaging
Our vet used Elastikon over gauze on our dog’s paw when he lost a nail and it got infected. I searched high and low for a similar product before I knew what it was called. When I found this I was thrilled. It comes nicely packaged in a resealable bag. I did not use it stretched as we were directed to unroll it and re-roll it unstretched to avoid compression. However, as I unroll it the stretch is there if that is what you need. It is not as sticky as what she used but, I had no issues with it not sticking. It stayed put in an area I’ve struggled to get other bandaging to stay. Plus, it was significantly easier to remove at bandage changes. Even unstretched I only need half a roll to more than adequately cover my giant breed dog’s paw and inner bandaging. Very good purchase and great value.

Very sticky (except on hairy legs)
This is very flexible and very sticky. So sticky, it is sometimes hard to cut and apply, but that is what you want to hold bandages in place! Sticks great to most things, but does not stick to hairy dog legs for very long. I still use on my dog’s leg splint bandage and it works better than other options for what I need.

This is NOT Elasticon tape. Not very adhesive and falls off easily
