Cat litter bin
I love the size and the color! It is beautiful in my gray colored laundry room. Perfect for 1 cat and a small apartment. It is easy to install the bag, the lid has a tight fit that keeps the smell under control. Yes!The cost was minimal and is an awesome value. I have literally put a dirty diaper inside. The bag refills are also easy to find.I highly recommend.

Simple with wide opening
This is pretty easy to use, but if you are accustomed to their competitor it may take some getting use to. There are less things to break on this and it is cheaper to use which I appreciate. The opening at the top is wider than the competitors and gets less messy so far. I can likely use any bag I choose as well and not just the name brand replacements. So overall this will be cheaper and easier to use over time.Size? People keep saying this is smaller than the competitors? I chose this product over the Genie because it is 9L as specified on the page. The Genie’s page literally says it is 5 liters. A grade school comprehension of math should make it apparent that regardless of appearances 9L is greater than 5 liters.On to operation. This will be where people have to ease into it. The handle that moves in and out is not on a spring and will not retract to the closed position. It is not fixed in place and is entirely manual. Because of this it can easily come out of its housing. The first time it came off completely I had some issues getting it back on, but after that first time it was not a huge deal when it came off again. There is a channel along each side of this partition.As others have stated, you cannot pick it up by the top as you would the Genie. You have to move it by the base as there is no locking device to attach the tiers to one another. The default is to want to move it by the top as with the major brand, but it comes apart if you do that. For the price difference and long-term cost difference that is not a deal breaker for me. If it starts annoying me then I will probably use a cabinet lock (my cats love to get in there too) to keep them together until I need to separate.One negative I find is the bag design. It is apparently designed so the top of the bag will fit into a small hole and supposedly keep it in place while the back portion is folded over the top like a typical trash bag. This did not stay in place for me at all so I just fully draped it over the top of that portion.The window is nice, but I do have nosey kitties and I am a little nervous about one viewing it as a play area. I also have a small dog who loves the “almond roca”. His nose would probably fit in this gap easily. He’s not aggressive about it, but I do have friends whose dogs are very aggressive and have broken some automated litter boxes trying to get to the dump container.I can detect no smell from it and it is currently about half full. It works even if it is a simpler design. I see nothing I need to clean yet as there are no steeped sides. That is honestly something I truly disliked about the Genie- having to constantly clean the top as well as having to purchase the specialty bags. So for me this clicks the boxes of same functionality, simpler design, and so far a bit cleaner for use.

I was hesitant to buy these things because the Litter Genie seemed so poorly designed but this one actually works really well. The top is a lot larger so it’s a lot easier to put large pee clumps in there. The bags are also nice normal bags instead of ones where you have to twist and tie at the bottom. One bag lasts us a week for 2 average sized cats.

Wow! What a game changer this is for me! Talk about excellent odor control, I absolutely love this product!! I went from using an automatic cat litter box back to scooping cat litter and using the Neakasa Poo Guard Litter Disposal Bin because the automatic litter box cannot control odors! This product used in combination with a covered stainless steel cat litter box (I purchased the Scirove brand) has worked a miracle. You canât even tell that I have two cats in the house!!! The Neakasa EVOH bags are a miracle plastic that can contain odor in the Neakasa Poo Guard for about 2 weeks in my house when it was full and ready for disposal. Now keep in mind, I have one two year-old cat and one 7 month old cat that drink a lot of water and frequent the box several times a day. I donât mind scooping (once a day now) as much as I thought I would because the stainless steel litter box and the Neakasa Poo Guard just work! I highly recommend every product that Iâve mentioned in this review!

Can’t buy replacement bags
The product itself seems nice, but you can’t purchase replacement bags yet (per their customer service). So essentially you are signing up to be stuck purchasing a proprietary bag size for an unknown dollar amount…. Thats a no from me…..

Good and cheap
I like it it works well. I would like it more if you could close the hole in the front to keep the smell in more. The bag is long but you wonât use much of the bag because of we it sits. Over price was good and I like to use the top since my scooper is so large. Pretty easy. The made reason for this purchase it to keep the smell down in the laundry room as my clean cloths had a bad smell to them.

J’apprécie beaucoup cette poubelle à litière. Je la trouve très bien conçue. Elle est entièrement démontable et son assemblage constitue en une série de trois “blocs” de plastiques empilés les uns sur les autres. Du coup, c’est hyper rapide et facile à démonter lorsqu’on veut la nettoyer intégralement.Pour installer et changer un sac, là aussi c’est d’une simplicité enfantine. Il suffit de soulever le bloc du dessus, de caler les bords du sac sur le coté et de le reposer. Fini la galère de devoir faire un nÅud au fond du sac ou le gâchis de plastique qu’il peut y avoir avec les recharges des autres poubelles à litière de ce genre. Ici les recharges ne sont constituées que de rouleaux de sac plastiques qui se mettent aussi simplement qu’une sac poubelle. C’est aussi rapide qu’efficace.La poubelle est hyper compacte. J’adore son format tout mini qui me permet de la caler dans un coin de radiateur. Elle ne gène pas du tout et est visuellement très discrète. Le clapet se soulève bien et j’apprécie sa très grande ouverture, pratique lorsqu’on utilise uniquement des litières agglomérantes dont les “boulettes” sont parfois très larges. On évite ainsi d’en mettre partout. En ce qui me concerne l’ouverture est plus grande que le diamètre de la pelle, du coup plus de risque de versement à coté comme j’avais sur mon modèle d’une autre marque. Le clapet est facile à manier et ferme bien.Les sacs fournis avec limitent bien les odeurs. Même si c’est un détail, j’aurais toutefois apprécié qu’ils ne soient pas transparents. Leur contenu n’est pas quelque chose de bien agréable à voir.Seul bémol : Une recharge ne contient pas beaucoup de sacs et avec deux chats à la maison, ça peut aller vite et les recharges coutent assez cher. Je pense toutefois qu’à condition de sacrifier un peu de praticité en optant pour un sac plus large que ceux de la marque, il est tout à fait possible d’utiliser des sacs ordinaires avec ce modèle de litière si on n’a pas les moyens de commander les sacs adaptés.Proposé à 50 ⬠environ au moment de ce test, je trouve que c’est un bon rapport qualité prix. C’est un modèle bien conçu, très compact, qui n’a pas grand chose à envier aux marques leader du marché tant il est commode à utiliser.

Ya tenÃa un cubo de basura para desechos de mascotas de otra marca muy popular, y la verdad es que este modelo de Neakasa me ha parecido un claro paso adelante en comodidad y diseño. Es una solución higiénica y muy práctica para gestionar los desechos diarios de mis mascotas, y corrige algunas de las cosas que menos me gustaban del otro que tenÃa.Lo que más me ha gustado:Libertad para elegir las bolsas: Para mÃ, esto es lo mejor. No estás atado a comprar recambios caros y especÃficos de la marca. La apertura es generosa y puedes usar prácticamente cualquier rollo de bolsas de basura que quieras. Yo creo que una bolsa estándar de 10 litros encajarÃa sin problemas, lo que a la larga supone un ahorro considerable.Uso sencillo y mayor capacidad: El sistema es muy fácil de usar. La apertura para tirar las bolsas con los desechos es amplia y cómoda, evitando que te manches. Además, aunque por fuera tiene un tamaño similar a otros cubos del mercado, he notado que le cabe más cantidad. Se aprovecha mejor el espacio interior.Diseño funcional: Cuenta con detalles prácticos como una pequeña ventana para ver cuánto queda de llena la bolsa. El mecanismo de cierre parece efectivo para contener los olores, que al final es lo más importante en este tipo de productos.Aspectos a mejorar:Falta un sistema de anclaje entre las partes: El cubo se compone de dos piezas principales, la base y la parte superior. El único “pero” que le encuentro es que no hay ningún tipo de clip o sujeción que una ambas partes. Si levantas el cubo para moverlo, tienes que cogerlo desde la base, porque si lo coges de arriba, te quedas con la tapa en la mano y el resto en el suelo. SerÃa una mejora muy sencilla y útil para futuras versiones.Conclusión:Es un producto muy recomendable que mejora la experiencia de otros sistemas más conocidos. La libertad de poder usar bolsas de basura convencionales es un punto a favor enorme. Der Katzenstreueimer ist 40 cm hoch. Ich hatte mich vor einer Weile schon mal mit solchen beschäftigt, aber es gibt verschiedene Patente, und letztlich hatte ich die Idee zunächst verworfen. Diesen nun bestellte ich mir doch, weil ich den Schiebeverschluss gut finde â nicht so eine Plastikschlacht wie jedes einzelne Geschäft im Anschluss in einen Kunststoffschlauch einzudrehen. Auch gefallen mir hier die verhältnismäÃig kleine GröÃe sowie die seitlichen Griffe, mit denen er sich zwischendurch gut transportieren lässt. Ein Henkel wäre noch schöner gewesen, aber das war wohl bei dem zweigeteilten Design nicht zu realisieren.Und schlieÃlich ist man hier nicht an spezielle Tüten gebunden, auch wenn sie tendenziell hoch und schlank sein sollten. Eine Rolle wird bereits mitgeliefert, hier fällt mir auf, dass die Tüten nicht doppelwandig sind. Bislang ist das aber kein Problem, es gibt trotzdem keinen Geruch.Zum unsichtbaren Einlegen der Tüten gibt es an der Vorderseite ein kleines Loch, aber auch so ist es einfach, die Tüten am oberen Rand wirklich unsichtbar einzulegen.Die Verarbeitung des Eimers ist ordentlich, es gibt keine Grate oder scharfen Kanten, und bislang hat sich die Geruchssituation im Vergleich zu der vorherigen Eimerlösung (Waschmitteleimer mit Deckel) spürbar verbessert. Denn es kommt einem nicht beim Ãffnen immer gleich die Wolke entgegen.Der Sommertest wird jetzt leider noch einige Monate auf sich warten lassen â dies war die Zeit, wo die Toiletteneimer auch von auÃen begannen zu riechen. Grundsätzlich aber halte ich dies für eine gute und praktikable Lösung, mit der ich im Alltag zufrieden bin. Somit vergebe ich volle 5 Sterne hierfür und kann diesen Eimer auch empfehlen.
