Best I have ever used!! BIGGGGGG Difference.
I have a 7-month-old male kitten that scatters litterNeakasa is now my preferred litter. Extra cost per month = $13.84Is the benefit worth the extra cost?Reviewing the manufacturers cat litter. I took my super clean litter out and bagged it up for later. My prior litter was “Tidy Cats” at $0.57 per lbs. The reviewing litter is $1.70 per lbs. It is a big price difference.My robotic litter box does an amazing job of getting almost all the nasty stuff into its waste bag. So far, almost zero dust which is good for my choice to do a twice daily performance of a micro waste particle sifting. I am sure that most cat owners would consider this task unnecessary.The litter granules are smaller and more consistent making the simple task above even faster because waste particles are easily spotted. The Neakasa is tan color not grey like the “Tidy Cats”Clumping works equally well.Smell, both nonexistence of poop and pee smell.Cat flicking litter and/or tracking is far superior with this new litter. My cat is cleaner, and the photos show the difference.Cat digging appears easier for the cat to dig a poop hole.Cat appears to be covering poop faster/easier and for a one-eyed cat he is less likely to get poop on his feet.Cat continues to call for me to wipe his feet etc, whilst he stays on the tiled floor…. I find that adorable!I don’t need to add a top up as much each day, due to cat scattering less litter.This litter does not stick to surfaces as much, making cleaning faster and simpler.Summary:The extra cost of litter each month IS WORTH IT!!! Quality litter for any litter box and best for the Neakasa automatic litter box.
Iâm beginning to be a connoisseur of automated litter boxes and cat litters. I have the Neakasa litter box (which I supported & purchased via their Kickstarter campaign). You can buy the box on Amazon now. This is the litter recommended by Neakasa. Iâve used other litters in their box but this works best, but itâs also simply a good quality clumping litter. Clumps well, doesnât track as much as other litters. Average regarding weight and seems to absorb odor fairly well. The cats like it and thatâs important. It lasts long too. Good litter.

Great product but company sucks
This product is great but the parent company sucks. They are very tight with their money and their customer service sucks. I orginally purchased this from the Neakasa website and purchased the cat box from them. Boy was that a mistake – 40 days later Amazon prime offered the cat box for a hundred dollars less- I emailed them asked for a partial rebate but becasue it had been over 30 days they declined. Very poor customer service I guess I have learned my lesson to deal only with Amazon because they are fair. This litter is extremely good and have no problem recommending it

Good stuff always costs more
Works great, very low dust and absolutely no fragrance. If I remember correctly the clumps in the tray donât stick together as much as cheaper clay litter clumps do so you can level a mound in the waste tray by simply shaking the tray. With the Tidy Cat Instant Action litter Iâm currently using (about half the price) shaking the tray doesnât separate the clumps so I have to pull it all the way out and use a tool to unstick the pile. Or go ahead and replace the bag even though itâs less than half full. Also, this TC Instant Action litter has an âoutdoors scentâ fragrance. Not too bad at first but it seems to accumulate in the room and my wife says not to buy it again.

Doesn’t cover up smell.
Does NOT cover up smell at all. My entire house smells like a poo factory when the automatic cat liter box cleans itself. Does okay with clumping, not the best. I’ll stick to Arm and Hammer Hardball.
