Perfect scale for Aquascaping, these stones are easy to incorporate into your tank. They can also be grouted together in a path or walls. They can be stacked and glued to form fish caves/caverns or benches/seats and broken to create different sizes. We have sorted and washed these stones and offer them in several size ranges from pathway stones to small scale gravel.

COLOR – These stones are a natural grey slate that are darker when wet or can be more permanently darkened by using a sealant or clear finish (do not use sealant or finish in pet enclosures or aquariums). Because this is a natural stone, slight color variations including some white quartz or brown stones may be mixed in.

A small bag doesnât go as far as you might expect
The slate stones arrived well-packaged and with a nice range of natural shapes and textures. Theyâre uniform enough in size to be useful, but still varied enough to look natural in aquariums or decorative projects. The color is a dark, clean gray that blends well in terrariums and model landscaping.A small bag doesnât go as far as you might expect, so if youâre covering a larger area, consider ordering more than one. That said, the quality is greatâno broken or unusable pieces. A good, versatile material for crafts, aquariums, or displays.

Lovely Mini Slate Rocks
I loved these slate rocks. I purchased them because they reminded me of the ones I have seen in some actual homes. I am making Fairy Gardens and I wanted the paths in them to look as authentic as possible.
