Better hold on to something! 50 gallons and up!
Super powerful yet very quiet. You canât hear it running. Comes with many attachments that easily screw in for bubbles and reducers which I needed. I had to turn this baby all the way down and use the supplied reducer to make the flow proper for my tank. I have two filters now. One has the UV sterilization bulb and is a weak flow for smaller tanks so I needed another filter capable of circulating 50 gallons of water otherwise the filter wonât pick up the waste on the bottom of the tank.Worth the money. Not for small tanks. Performance is amazing. Quality is great.

Long lasting pump
I have this in a vivarium to feed a river that runs through the vivarium from the top to the bottom in kind of a winding waterfall. It is in the bottom of the 10 gallon aquarium tank surrounded by a foam filter and then clay balls. it pumps water from the bottom up to the top of the vivarium almost 30″ to feed the river. it runs 3 times a day for about 15 minutes each and has been in use for 3 years now, never cleaned. it does not appear to have lost any power. Very durable.

Great power and pricing in a small package.
I picked up this little filter pump as an addition to my preexisting filter instead of buying a new hang on back or canister system for more flow and filtration. It was a bit of a gamble but for less than $20, sure why not. I figured it would add the extra water flow I wanted and additional filtration sounded good for my planted 30 gallon.Definitely a great purchase. I was skeptical after initial setup due to how loud the pump was. By the time I got home from work it had quieted down significantly. I wouldn’t recommend this system for anything smaller than a 30 gallon. Even with the flow rate turned all the way down, the pump still pushes quite intensely.It’s a great addition to tanks of a particular size to supplement your existing filtration system. Also, being rated for over 100 gallons per hour, it’s a great way to keep my tank functioning if my hang in back were to fail.

Ridiculous power and detachable filter
I needed a solid pump for my copper birdbath. I love that the filter detaches and the unit can keep pumping so my cleaning routine is clean and brush the bath, refill with clean water and let the pump go with no filter while I clean it. Have yet to have it seize up from too much gunk. Tons of power on this unit and the jets can spray up to 8â above the surface.

Stopped working after two weeks
Stopped working after two weeks, out of the blue. It had to only pump clear water and never ran dry. I have had the larger pumps by this company for a long time, but needed a smaller one for an indoor fountain. Bummer, it just broke.

not a “super quiet” pump. But this thing pumps ALOT of water
The pump/filter is good for the money, but theres a few things I wish I knew before purchasing because I will be looking for a different filter. This filter says it has a “super quiet design” but for keeping this pump in my bedroom it is too loud for me. Also, the suction cups that attach to the glass detach from the filter every time you try to move the filter. Definetely a problem if you’re trying to hide the filter in a hard to access place. I also wish the filter came with some diffusion heads for the outflow because the stream is very strong.

If you don’t have this in your tank then you’re MISSING OUT. I LOVE THIS PUMP/FILTER. It has amazing power for the price. Great quality. I have one in my 55 gallon and one in my 75 gallon. My water is CRYSTAL, ALWAYS. Very easy to take apart and clean. The suction power in 12/10. Sometimes I have a hard time getting it off the side. I have to side thing between the glass and suction cups. But id rather than then it not have any suction! So no points lost there. I’m honestly going to buy more for my smaller tanks and just put it on the lower flow setting. My fish love riding the current they make.

When I received the item, opened n try it out, toss out the box, (because it’s was recycled day). On the 3rd days, it all suddenly popped, tripped my breaker, smell burning smoke, so unplugged it’s, reset my breaker, everything back to normal. Called Amazon up, told them about this, they were nice that they understood. A few days later, got an email from them, saying that refund is return.UPDATEDI have my money back, lucky I try it before the expired date that I can’t return, I was hoping that it would last longer like all my pump/filters. Thank you for letting me try it out.
