This fixed the fish
I got two new goldfish from PestSmart. Unusually good fish, considering the source. The fish were sick, and I knew it when I got them. The girls at the store promised my I had a two week guarentee. Plenty of time! Since the new fish were going into an unoccupied tank, extra quarantine was unnecessary. Two doses of this product used according to directions, and the fish perked right up. Their color came back strong, and they are happy, tame, visibly healthy fish. This is a wonderful product.

Product leaks
This came in with less than 1/2 of the active ingredient in the bottle. I need the product to treat a sick animal so need to keep what actually arrived; returning is not an option.I would find a local source for this or someone who packs it better if you wish to order it.

This worked very well!I’m going to continue to buy this product to treat my fish. You have to follow the directions precisely. Works Wonders!I’ve tried other meds for my fish , this was the best!

Works Well.
The product works as intended. You can’t possibly ask to effectively treat multiple fish diseases better. Follow the instructions.But the bottle arrived half-full, the lid heavily taped and leaking into the package. Needs a better seal.

Horrible Product, Horrible Customer Service
Received this product, the product was defective before I even took it out of the package. The way they packaged it, most of the liquid part to the treatment had leaked out. Contacted customer service, and was treated like it was my fault.

Great Product – Lazy/Cheap/Bad Packaging
Product works as directed, but if you are treating a big tank – over 50 gallons and you have goldfish I’d suggest you purchase either the bigger package or at least 2-3 of the small box. Mine arrived in a soaked baggie inside the box with half the Part#1 solution leaked all over (whole amazon package smelled like vinegar). thankfully the Part2 didn’t get wet (it’s a powder). Wonder who thought that the absence of a half cent plasticized cardboard insert in the lid wasn’t a valuable addition and that 2 feet of packing tape wrapped hap-hazardly around the lid and bottle was an adequate substitute. Would have been 5 stars if I’d gotten the usable quantity when it arrived.
