Great pet bedding
This brand of cage bedding is always reliable. My daughter’s hamster loves it and has a great time burrowing and filling his tubes with this stuff.It does a decent job of trapping odors and is fairly easy to clean up as well.

Not much in package, super soft, maybe not best for Guinea pigs
This bedding was just OK for our guinea pigs. I did not find it to fluff up quite as well as other paper bedding we have used. I am also not sure that it is as absorbent as Iâm used to.It is super soft, completely dust free and unscented. I think that my guinea pigs would have fun borrowing in it, but thatâs not what I got it for. We are actually using fleece in our guinea pig cage now and this was just the base in their corner litter box. We place hay on top for them to burrow into.We did use some of this in our final time of using paper bedding in their cage and it basically made it look like there was poop everywhere. We could not tell where there were pellets at, so I would not get this color again.In the litter box, the bedding seemed to stain it. I scraped the brown staining off once, but that greatly increased cleaning time.I could see where this would be ok for mice or gerbils, but seems to costly for guinea pigs.

This is good quality pet betting. It is odor free and very fluffy feeling and looking. It absorbs liquid and messes just fine. And I can tell that it controls the odor very much.

mini&moe Hamster Bedding Guinea Pigs Bedding: Moisture Absorbent and Dust-Free Natural Paper Small Pet Bedding – for Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, and Rabbits, 25 Liters. This arrived within 4 days of ordering. I’m going to be using this to start some geese and baby chicks after their first week on paper towels. It is the color brown that they show in the listing. It doesn’t feel sticky and it seems to be of absorbent paper which should help keep my goslings and chicks healthy. I have not noticed a smell to it. Although of course once it gets wet there may be a slight sense but that just tells you to it’s time to clean your papers. I hope that it is typical of most paper bedding and lasts for a few days before needing to be changed out. But as it’s paper it should be easy to at least pull out the wet spots and replace it with dry as we go along .

Best for small, enclosed pets
I originally got this to be bedding/nesting material for my rabbit, but he free roams most of the time and it turned out to be too messy and all over the floor – either he was kicking it out everywhere or it was sticking to his fur and ending up everywhere in the house and so that was the end of it for bedding for us. If you have an enclosed pet like a gerbil or hamster, this is probably perfect for that.I ended up using it in his litterbox instead and it worked pretty well! The litterbox has a raised grate to stand on so everything falls below and bunny isn’t stepping in it and it was pretty absorbent. It wasn’t the easiest to clean out, but it worked well.The packaging does seem small, but I think it fluffs up quite a lot once opened. It’s soft, dust-free as advertised, and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor or anything. Overall, I really think this bedding is best used for small animals like hamsters/mice/gerbils/rats/etc in an enclosed area.The 1 star deduction is only because it was messy for us so I couldn’t use it as intended.

The bedding for small pets has a pleasant smell to it. The color of it is nice too. It blends and fluff up very nicely. It however, did not control the odor as much as I wouldâve liked it too. The absorbency I wish was a bit better.
