Installation Tips
For inset installation
Insert size: 1.79 x 1.04 x 0.63 inches ( For reference only, please adjust according to the actual situation).
Using double-sided tape
1. Peel off one side of the protective film from the double-sided tape.
2. Attach it to the back of the hygrometer and press firmly for 5 secs. (Ensure not to cover the vents)
3. Peel off the protective film on the other side of the double-sided tape.
4. Stick the hygrometer to a dry & smooth surface and press firmly for 5 secs.
Note: Double-sided tape has strong stickiness, so please consider carefully before using it.

Accurate
Just got these the other day and Iâm very happy with them. Tested them out and they all read pretty much identically with each other and I think theyâre pretty accurate as well. So many different parts of my house I want to be sure of the temperature for various reasons and to get four for this price is just what I needed.

Compact and Useful, but Not Perfect
Wow, they werenât kidding when they said âmini.â See the photo next to a soda can for scale. I bought this to monitor the temperature inside my mini-fridge because it had started freezing my sodas. This little device worked perfectly for that purpose. I mounted it to the inside of the fridge door so I can read it through the glass. It came with a small square of double-sided tape, which stuck surprisingly well to the cold interior. You can see it mounted in the second picture. I tried to get a picture from the front through the glass, but there was too much reflection.It displays both temperature and humidity clearly, and it seems to update in real time. The size is great for tight spaces, but it also means the screen might be hard to read from a distance or in low lighting. It has no backlight and no additional features like calibration that I could find.For a basic, no-frills way to get live temperature and humidity readings, it does the job well. Iâm giving it 4 stars because it performs as advertised, but itâs still a bare-bones tool with a few small usability limitations.

Handy Little Hygrometers, But Best for Close-Up Monitoring
I picked up this set of hygrometers for my indoor greenhouse since I needed an easy way to track both temperature and humidity in different spots. Having multiple units was a big plus because conditions can vary quite a bit from one side of the greenhouse to the other.Right out of the box, they were simple to place where needed and started giving consistent readings. Theyâre lightweight, compact, and do exactly what theyâre supposed to doâgive you a quick snapshot of the environment.â A few things Iâve noticed after using them:â⢠Compact size â easy to tuck into corners or mount in small areas.â⢠Reasonably accurate â readings are in line with other devices Iâve used.â⢠Multiple units â helpful for tracking microclimates in the greenhouse.â⢠Includes extra adhesive for multiple uses or location changes.â⢠Includes extra batteries.â⢠Screen fade â in very high humidity, the LCD can start to fade, but honestly, Iâve had this happen with other brands too.â Helpful tip:â⢠Each hygrometer comes with 2 batteries already installed. If you are not going to immediately use all of them, take the batteries out of the hygrometers that you’re not going to use so the batteries life won’t be wasted. I stuck mine to a piece of 3″ long packing tape then folded the tape over so it covers both side of the batteries and hold them all in one place. If you don’t remove the batteries all the hygrometers arrive powered on and ready to be placed wherever you need them.â What Iâd improve:â⢠A slightly larger screen would make it easier to read from a distance.â⢠A backlight option would be a game-changer for checking at night.â Overall, these are practical little hygrometers that get the job done, especially for greenhouses, reptile tanks, or storage areas. Just keep in mind theyâre best for close-up monitoring rather than long-distance viewing, but a good value for the price.

Size/functionality: These are very small, while still having a legible display screen.Accuracy/quality: They’re in line with other devices and gauges I use, with a great value for the price.Functionality: My two main use cases are 1. inside a humidity enclosure for cuttings, and 2. inside a container for plant materials to be ‘smoked.’ In this second case, they monitor Humidity control packs that are supposed to keep the humidity at 62%. They perform this functionality as claimed. Nice backup validation.It’s been a few months, and the batteries are still going strong. (no jinx)

Useful to help me be efficient and heat/cool my home best!
I had a four pack a few years ago and find them SO HELPFUL, I figured – why not have twice as much??? Yup, they are still so useful. I cast them about the home so I can see the temperature and monitor for the animals (in case it gets too hot in some pockets). It helps me figure out where to point the air vents, how to position the fans for best air flow, and to help maximize my energy savings from night to day time (as I try to not use heat or AC until it’s at the max). The battery lasts a long time, only had to replace the battery or 1 after more than a year. In terms of accuracy, when two are side by side, they do not display the exact same readings but they are within a “range” which is acceptable to me. (4 stars is my average highest rating, 5 reserved for the truly exceptional)

Nice & Accurate Enough for Most Use Cases
Very nice little humidity & temp monitor! I have a bedroom on the third floor of a house with poor insulation and even poorer ventilation, so I have to proactively control the climate, and this thing helps me do it in a more data-driven fashion.Doing some basic tests, the temperature it reads is usually about a degree higher than my thermostat (which is within the ±1.8°F range the page and manual state). I took it to a camping trip with some friends over the summer during a humidity wave and it generally stopped at 80% humidity, but it did reach 100% on one of the days, so it can detect the full range. The device has been running on the factory batteries for nearly two months now, and its accuracy hasn’t changed a bit. I wouldn’t use it for industrial applications or anything, but, for any imaginable home application, this monitor is more than plenty if you just need to keep an eye on things.
