WHEN TO USE: It should be used when setting up a new aquarium, making water changes, or when adding new turtles
CLEARING THE AQUARIUM: Clears ammonia, chlorine, chloramine, keeping your turtle(s) healthy and happy
NOTE: Acceptable for use around humans, pets, and aquatic life
WHAT WE RECOMMEND: Perform regular water changes to keep the alkalinity and pH stable; Use at the standard dosage rate to control each measured 1 mg/L, or fraction thereof, of total ammonia; Use a salicylate (indolphenol) type total ammonia test kit

I left this at three because I can’t be sure if this works. Since using this, I have lost 3 corys, 1 betta and 3 snails. The confounding factor in my case is the summer heat.
