Great!
These are perfect for making vertical climbers. Got mine for master bathroom door to give more use of available space in the small room. They work great as described, hanging on the door and come with lots of stick on to the device heavy duty backers to protect the door surface. Super easy to put together, especially if you have an electric screwdriver, but totally doable by hand too. The only thing I wasnât thrilled with is the bottom anti shift device is just a stick on flap with a metal bar to fit through the bottom hole and keep it from swinging. Concept is great, practical use kind of failed. My sticker came off after the 16# cat pushed off the bottom. I used a screw instead and that thing doesnât move. The cats love it as they can climb up to higher shelves easier. We liked it so much we bought a second for a hallway climb up to get to an upper catwalk. This one we hard mounted with a few screws to the stud in the wall. It doesnât move either and all the cats can use it easily.

Great for active cats
My cat had learned to jump on top of the door frame so I figured it’d make sense to give him more play space on the area. It worked out great and he has been utilizing it every day since we put it up. Install was easy, only took about 30 minutes. Door stability might be an issue depending on how thin your door is, but a few pieces of thick double sided tape fixed it for me.

A huge flaw for stability
Ok â TLDR â this is not sturdy on the door. They give you an addendum instruction to add these sticky pads to the felt pads (Which make the felt pads pointless BTW) but if you have shaker style doors, it doesnât work at all. You will need to drill in your door if you want any type of stability. Not to mention, you’ll strip your paint if you ever want to remove it and will have to purchase additional pads. I’m assuming this will destroy the felt pads as well. So make sure you place/install it where you want. Cause you’re not gonna be moving it a lot unless you’re willing to purchase more hardware. Also, the padding shown in the beginning of the video (that goes behind the plate) is maybe a quarter thick as the size shown in the video. That said, the unit seems sturdy. It doesnât feel cheap, just the engineering behind its stability is absolutely flawed. If you get this, you will have to drill into your door to anchor it. I honestly would have gone with something else at this point if I knew that.

Pretty good. Needs replacement boards.
My cats took to this right away. I had to use Command strip hooks to keep the bottom from swinging. The tape that comes with this is too thin and weak. The boards are a little thin, especially for my bigger cat but it holds him pretty well. I wish they made replacement boards, not because they’re weak but because my cats have scratched up the carpet part that they now look like felt.

Worth it
My cats love it. Itâs pretty sturdy. The top hook that hangs on the door is still too big even with the bumpers provided so I stuffed some pieces of cardboard underneath it to make it snug on the door. We used the stickers that came with and this thing doesnât budge. I was hesitant since a couple of my cats are over 15lbs. But they still love it. The boards may break one day, since only half is stabilized by the mounts. My only complaint is it is kind of high. My cats donât have any issues but Iâm considering putting something underneath so itâs not such a high jump to the lowest shelf. If you want a cat shelf, without the commitment of a big tree and you have a door youâre willing to give up, itâs worth it.Â

none of the pieces fit together
the screws aren’t long enough to fit through the bracket into the wood, so this couldn’t be put together at all. will have to return it.

Sturdy!
Itâs even better than I expected! Itâs surprisingly spacious and the perfect size for my kittens. They were a bit hesitant at first but warmed up to it quickly. Itâs quite sturdy and itâs though slightly shaky, but nothing concerning. If youâre considering it, go for it you wonât regret it! Perfect for small spaces. I would say itâs kind of expensive but still pretty good! :3

Potentially dangerous
I’m concerned about the safety of this door-mounted cat tree. The wood is the cheapest, thinnest stuff I’ve ever seen used for pet furniture. Just being handled during unpacking, the wood feels like it’s going to break. Popcicle sticks seem sturdier. None of the edges are sanded down either, making for a lot of rough or sharp edges. Most of the load-bearing parts that aren’t wood are made of plastic. The braces that hold up the platforms? All plastic.I wanted to like this. It looks awesome. Modern and whatnot. But it’s all looks and no substance. I can’t risk my little girl’s safety with something like this. It’s not worth it to pack up and return, so I’ll repurpose the parts for something safer.

This is very nicely done.It didnât work for me because I could not close nor open the door (not a fault of the product but the way our door was installed).

Relativlely simple installation. Sturdy design.I have 2 cats (3kg and 5kg) and one platform can support at least 8kg at a time!
