I have these and i also have a prescription from my dr these are 10/10. The prescription i have leaves you burping fish oil for hours after taking, the mega food ones do not do that at all.

No aftertaste or gastrointestinal issues
Iâve just started taking these so I cannot comment on their effectiveness; however, the product hasnât cause any issues. There have been no unpleasant aftertaste or gastrointestinal issues. I appreciate that the oil comes from wild caught fish, and non pork gelatin is used. Iâm not a fan of farmed fish, and donât eat pork so these two points were huge for me.Caution: the pills are huge horse pills but eventually I got used to them. I normally take pills straight, no chaser. Basically, I donât take with fluids, but with these pills, I always have a huge glass of water and take them one at a time with a 30 second break in between. If you have issues with swallowing, these pills might not be for you.Overall, I am happy to have this option. As children, the only option we had was Seven Seas cod liver oil in the liquid form. It was horrible tasting and I still carry the trauma *shudders*. With these, getting your omega 3s is a breeze.

I really dislike fish so taking fish oil pills has always been a challenge for me, until now. These pills have no bad taste or odor to them. The dose is two gel caps per day. The pills look big but are very easy for me to swallow and I am able to get both of the down at the same time. They do not cause me stomach upset or burping. I’ve used MagaFood products for many years now and I trust their products are going to be high quality. As with a lot of supplements, it’s hard to judge its effectiveness until you’ve taken them for a while so I can’t comment on that yet.
