Very thick Liquid Vitamin
I purchased this particular vitamin C because I love Mary Ruth products. I didn’t pay attention to the description that said it was mixed with citrus and vanilla. I’m not a big fan of vanilla and the taste is not bad but it would not have been my first choice. The liquid is really thick and if you’re like me, you may wanna have something to either mix it with or something to drink behind it after taking your dose.

One of my favorite secret weapons to have in hand especially during the fall and winter. Liposomal vit c absorbs so much better in the body than just regular vit c. I give this to my toddlers ( I cut the dosage). You can easily draw this up in a syringe and administer it to your children. My children love the flavor. It lasts a long time and is a great value for the price. Texture is smooth and not grimey. I think an extra dose of vit c if great for everyday or at any sign of the sniffles. I believe it helps them recover quicker and is very effective. Be sure to store in your fridge after opening.

Unfortunately, my sensitive stomach didnât work well with it but the taste is absolutely amazing vanilla and citrus added . I was looking for a propolis Vitamin C that was better priced – value for the money than the other I was taking. This checked all the boxes. The quality was there. It was easy to use. Just one spoonful alone or in a liquid on a daily basis. Recommend as long as you donât have Gastro issues.

I really like this brand of vitamin C. Our 12 year old girl was low on Iron so for a better iron absorption we looked for the best vitamin C. She has been taking this one for 4 moths now and it has helped a lot. She takes 1 tablespoon with her iron in the morning and her iron has gone up and is within normal limits. The taste is not bad at all I actually like it.

Helped me prevent sickness!
I work with kids, and am constantly being spit, sneezed and coughed on! In the past Iâve gotten sick constantly but ever since Iâve started taking this, my sickness has but cut down drastically, and Iâve been feeling healthier and more energetic all around.
