Perfect fit for my 2 penguin biowheel 350âs, my tank doesnât smell like a lake anymore and great quality! I can get about a year off of a single filter cartridge, before replacing, I move the old ones to the front slot and the new ones in the back. After a couple weeks I discard the old filters and my cycle has never crashed

Marineland products have shown themselves to be high quality for me. The filter I bought for my 40 gallon has run strong since I bought it 2 years ago. These filters have a very long life depending on your filtration needs. They rinse off well and the filter media lasts very long. I can make this box last for quite a while and they function very well keeping my fully stocked tank very clean. Obviously the perfect size for the filters itâs made for and is a good design. This size box is a MUCH better value than going to the pet store and buying the 1/2 packs.

Great Budget Friendly Aquarium Filter!
Bought these many times for the filters on my 29 gallon aquarium. They fit the other brands of filters and do the same job! Depending on how messy my fish were (or how much I may have overfed), I would rinse these filters with each water change (usually every 2 weeks) and then replace with a new one monthly. If you have more than one filter, I would replace on an alternating schedule because there is beneficial bacteria in the filter.
