I can’t believe the tiny volume for the price. You could cut this volume on the back of a single latex glove. For this price, it’s more than a little disappointing. Will not be buying this again! –
Finally something that works!!
The one thing that has helped my thin skinned Arabian! Fly spray just hasn’t worked. She has thin pink skin and Nats and flies seem to congregate to her over the other horses. So thankful to see her finally get relief from bugs that no longer are attracted to her!!

Tried for 3 weeks on my 4 horses and it didnât control the flies
I ordered 3 containers of this for my 4 horses to give them the full scoop dose for 3 weeks to give it a solid try. I was so hopeful in this product! It literally did nothing. I smells like it should do something. Flies COVERED all 4 of my horses faces. Very disappointed. Maybe the files are more beastly where we live in TN. Seems like it worked for a lot of people. It did make a couple of my horses a little more shiny than usual so thatâs a plus but not worth the money for that. Need fly control!

Didn’t work
I was optimistic that finally something would work, but there’s been no difference after two full weeks of feeding it. In fact, as of yesterday two of the four horses stopped eating completely. Nothing else has changed. The one mare ate a different grain this morning, but the aged mare wouldn’t touch anything. Plus there has been almost an increase in the fly population. Not what was expected. Although the product is non-refundable, Amazon is issuing a refund for the unopened unused one I just bought. Disappointed in the outcome. Update: Bought a different sweet feed and finally last night at 2AM the girls started eating grain again! Yay!

Poor delivery
I actually really love this stuff, itâs great for my house to help with the flies. This season has been one of the worst. I have this on auto shipment. But this month about 1/4 of the contents were out of the container and in the box ending up all over my truck.

IT WORKS!!!
I am amazed. I thought it wouldnât work. I tried one of the pesticide ones but thought those could poison my chickens. So I tried this. This is my second year. I did as suggested and started it April. I cannot believe how well it has worked.

Keeps my aging mare comfortable, finally!
I have a 23 year old paint mare with 4 white stockings that the flies just love to attack. Regardless of what we’ve tried in the past (every type of fly spray, perimeter sprays, wraps, sheets, fly predators, we’ve tried it all) every summer her legs end up raw and bloody from flies. This product has kept her comfortable from flies. I was skepitcal to try it but have been thoroughly impressed. Even if we don’t spray her with fly spray there is no feet stomping or tail swishing. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% effective because she’ll occassionally have a few flies on her but I’m still incredibly impressed and my mare is finally comfortable during fly season!

Does not control mosquitoes!
I received my order on Sep 5, 2020. I fed it to my mare & cow at one full scoop per head daily until it ran out Sep 22. I did not notice any reduction of mosquitoes but the fly population appeared to be cut in half.They do like the taste and eat it without hesitation. I still must spray repellent on them each evening just as I did before I ordered this product, nothing has changed.

Works really well!
Decided to put a different approach on fly control this year. We live in NC where we have hot, humid summers with mosquitos and biting flies. Started my three horses and the donkey on this product mid April and I see less bugs on them then last year. I still spray them with fly spray around legs in the evening but not nearly as much. At first our Appaloosa was very picky about eating this supplement with her grain but now gobbling it right up. Just be aware your horses will smell like an Italian kitchen 🙂 Love this supplement.
