Excellent price / product ratio
So for once a horse treat product that makes sense. This is a 20 lbs bag for $20. It makes sense as horses are big animals, they go through treats quickly; paying $10-15 for a few treats just doesnât cut it. This one does. This product is qualitative, quantitative and price wise exactly what I was looking for. The horses like this treat; they are motivated by it. Again you buy 20 ponds; itâs a big bag. And the price is wonderful for an always stretched horse ownerâs wallet. A $/pound – I wish there were more horse treats for this price.The individual treat size varies a bit but is perfect for use as a training reward and it actually smells like apples. The treats are hard though, so not suitable for the older fellows lacking teeth. Another con is that because the bag is quite big it gets banged around quite a bit by Amazonâs delivery attempts so that the treat pieces break and crumble⦠so depending on how your package was treated you may have more or less crumbles. Horses donât mind it though, so leave it till the end and feed it over apple slices.Highly recommend this find to all fellow horse enthusiasts.

I really need to pay more attention to package sizes – I somehow ordered a huge bag! Thatâs okâ¦now I wonât need to order any for at least 3 months lol.My mare enjoys them, although at 31 she does have some difficulty chewing them. They are hard treats so keep that in mind for older horses.My (very picky) goats would happily maul me for these treats!

My horses, and all the others in the barn, love these treats!They are a great price for the size bag. All of the horses think these treats taste great, however, be careful about the size. These are the larger treats and really only good for larger horses.I bought the large wafers by mistake and have broken them apart by hand to make them more bite size .I am giving this 5 stars since itâs the same great quality treat as the Nibblers but my fault I purchased the wrong size!
