Looks great and cat loves it!
Our kitten really loves this, I wasnât sure if heâd take to it but he loves the little ball that dangles from the top. Now he has been climbing up and draping himself over the top of it. It was easy to assemble and seems to be good quality. It also looks really cute in our home versus a typical scratching post.

Love that it doesnât look like old brown carpet like most cat scratching posts. Was very easy to assemble the carpet parts are softer and the post it self is very good material for scratching. It wonât easily come apart.

Our mini tigers love it
As soon as I assembled this post, and assembly was a breeze, taking all of five minutes, the cats were all over it. They love the toy at the top. It has an elastic string and they really enjoy the bounce back. So far it’s held up really well against our aggressive nail sharpeners (2 teenaged males). Our last scratching post only lasted three months. My only complaint, and the only flaw I see, is that it is incredibly easy to pull over. It is pulled into its side multiple times per day. I have tried to keep a side of the base under an ottoman to secure it as best I can, but they still pull it over. It’s not heavy, so I don’t mind standing it back up, but I do wish it would stay in place. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend to others, as well as purchase again when needed.

Cat is obsessed.
We just unboxed and put this together a few hours ago and my cat is already obsessed. I had to look at the listing to see if it had nip in it because sheâs got the zoomies, practically hugging it and running around the base. I did make the mistake of getting the smaller oneâI wasnât paying attention to the sizes and she doesnât get to stretch out quite as much as she could with a taller one. She is still going to town scratching it, so if she keeps using it and wears it out Iâll probably get another one in a bigger size. It was easy to put together and a good value for the money. It even came with a little Allen wrench to tighten it. I like that itâs a cute cactus without being too obnoxious or too plain. Itâs just right.

Not as good as the last cactus post I had
This is not nearly as good as the cactus tree that I wanted to order but that is not currently available. There is a sharp delineation between the two sections where you can just see the inside and there is a break in the green thistle. The base is not quite a solid. It lacks the little discs that go between the sections of the post to help hide the transition from one section to another. Disappointed, but we’ll keep since my last post was trashed. Next time Amazon suggests a replacement for something that is not in stock, I wish it would be clearer. I will look more closely at what they suggest.

but really, my cat couldn’t care less – this was really for my own enjoyment, pretty sure my cat would be happy with a cardboard box. I LOVE this cat scratcher though, its a good quality one and looks fantastic in my lounge

Ordered this several months ago and this post gets used a LOT. My cat loves it and uses it every day. With use, the jute does come apart and results in threads on the floor. I keep it in a spare room to keep it contained. The regular use outweighs the debris. It’s almost time to order a new one!
