This is great for decoration
I thought it would be big enough for my female yellow bellied slider. Itâs too small. The will is great though. It looks just like the picture. It isnât heavy. My yellow bellied slider can move it as she pleases. Itâs the color as shown in the images.

Good size for our Russian tortoise
I like the look of this hide, it has some weight to it, and the size is perfect for our tortoise, but she hasn’t gone in it yet. She doesn’t really seem to like her other hide either, so maybe she just doesn’t like hides. It still looks nice in her enclosure though and since adding this and some vines she seems more content with her enclosure so it’ll stay for now.

I ordered this cave for my bearded dragon. He loves it, and lays on top of it very often. It is a wee bit small for him to hide in, I thought it may have been a little bigger. But, it worked out good anyhow. He uses it quite often. He is about a foot and a half long. A good value for your money.

I will be honest, this didn’t have any reviews so I was hesitant to purchase it. I have looked at other hides and all the ones in this price range have been tiny. I was worried that this was going to be too small but I was very surprised when it arrived. I wanted to use it for my 3 month old Hermanns tortoise so I needed it to be tall & wide enough for the tortoise to fit in. Most of the other hides are much shorter in size, probably aimed at shorter reptiles and snakes. This hide is perfect for him. It’s very large in size and will last him a few years. The price was so good I actually bought 2 of them. All the other hides I found in this size were priced at £20+. It’s made from a very sturdy resin and painted to look like rock. It looks great in my tortoise enclosure and I’m so happy to have them.

Arrived next day and perfect for my baby tortoise. (Heâs about the size of the palm of my hand) He can fit right inside to the back in the dark and loves it so far! Very well packaged up and protected so not damaged as other reviews have said about some of these sorts of hides. Probably wouldnât be suitable for an adult tortoise or a larger reptile but babies and smaller lizards/ hatchlings itâs perfect!
