Works great and Kitty loves it!!!My cat loves her window hammock, and will lie there for hours. The setup was easy, and after several weeks the suction is still strong and has not budged! Kitty loves the soft fur, and the unit is very sturdy.

Sturdier than it looks!
I recently got these cat window perchesk for my cat, and Iâm not exaggerating when I say he’s never been more content in his life. The moment I set them up on the windowsill, he claimed right onto it like it was his personal VIP lounge with a view. The 4 suction cups held strong, and Iâm honestly amazed at how sturdy these perches areâno wobbling or worrying about them falling off. These arenât your average flimsy window perches; these things are built.Theyâre a perfect size for my larger catâhe fits comfortably and thereâs plenty of room for him to sprawl out and soak in the sunshine (or judge passersby from above, which, honestly, is their favorite activity). As for assembly, it couldnât have been easier. No complicated instructions or wrestling with partsâjust a quick setup and bam, he was lounging like royalty.Theyâre great for indoor use, especially if you want to keep your cats off the furniture (though, letâs be real, thatâs probably not going to happen). The cat is loving the bird-watching and snoozing there for hours, completely relaxed.Bottom line: if you want to spoil your cats (and give them the kind of window view theyâve always dreamed of), this is the perfect addition to your home.

One hammock ineffective
So my cats already love these hammocks. Theyâre good quality as far as the fabric and the metal. Theyâre very easy to assemble.However, Iâve read a few comments expressing the concern that one of two of their hammocks came ineffective. This is true. The one hammock at the top, that one sticks perfectly fine. I only had to stick it one time.The second hammock you see at the bottom, that one will NOT stick. Iâve tried to reinforce with gorilla tape (very strong) and it just wonât stick. It sucks because I have four cats and I wanted to have two working hammocks. Now it just falls to the side every time one of my cats gets into it. 🙁 sucks to pay 35 bucks for one working item.

New design is better
I have both versions of this product. The redesign is a definite improvement. If the small balls do not click into place it is probably due to excess paint either in the small hole or the end of the tube which keeps it from sliding all the way. Use one side of needle nose pliers to clean off the paint and any burrs from inside the tube.I stack three pieces of cardboard from a box and a thick pillowcase inside the hammock to make it more stable.To make the older version (with pinholes/mold in the suction cups) work: 1) clean the suction cups 2) Spread a thin layer of clear GE silicone on the window side of the cups. Allow it to dry thoroughly. 3) Gently peel of the silicone. I found that this will fill the small holes and allow the cups to stick like normal (although they still look like crap).
