Great lamp
We went through a bunch of lamps from other brands, they were horrible!! This lamp is awesome, it works great and we haven’t had any issues. We use it for our Australian tree frog and he loves it!

Great value for snake heating
These infrared bulbs work perfectly for maintaining my snake’s enclosure temperature. Good heat output and they last a decent amount of time. The value pack pricing makes them much more affordable than buying singles at the pet store. No issues after several months of use. Would buy again.

Great for Chicks/Ducklings!
These are amazing for ducklings. With a stand I can put them low in my brooder. They temp perfectly and are recessed enough nobody can get burned on them. I almost returned them when I saw how small they were, but I decided to give it a shot. I put my thermometer under that heat lamp and it was perfect! And thereâs a very low risk of fire with these versus the actual heat lamps. I highly recommend these for chicks/ducklings! I do Wildlife rehab with ucklings and these are absolutely the way to go for them as well!

Fell apart. Stay away!
Lightbulb literally fell apart as I was taking the bulb out of the fixture to put it in a different one. Junk. This looks like a fire hazard.

Good so far
So far so good. I got this brand because the Zoo Med brand kept blowing every few weeks. This one has lasted two weeks and still going.

Had low expectationsâ¦
That were turned on their EAR! These are GREAT!! Bought them to help a few baby endangered snakes we found after a storm⦠once the weather got a little better, we brought them to the woods and set them free. Put the whole set up in the closet and one of my chickens got sick. This one little light puts out some heat! She is snuggled up to it constantly. It doesnât roast like the big heat lamps we have for baby chicks⦠just enough for her though! Will buy more next week so I have back ups!

I love and dislike these bulbs
I use this on top of my tarantula cage. Since you need to be careful about using heat directly over a spider, I use aluminum foil with a hole cut out and put the lamp on that. It gives me control of the temp inside her enclosure and she can come out and bask when she wants too. I love that its a red light. I keep it on 24/7 and its in my bedroom so It doesnt disturb my sleep. The only thing I dislike about this bulb is if I move it after installed, it will break. The bulb literally just falls off the base that gets screwed into the lamp. I have to get plyars to unscrew it. Then put in a new one. I go through alot of these. The company needs to secure the bulbs better. But they are a great size and heat out put for what I need them for.

Perfect wattage and price.
Great value and heats up my snake’s tank very well (not too hot). Usually lasts a couple months per bulb.
