Exactly What We Needed for Post-Surgery Support!
I used this sling for my dog, Mello, after his TPLO surgery, and it was a lifesaver! The quality is excellentâwell-made, sturdy, and comfortable to hold. Mello wasnât thrilled about it at first (typical stubborn pup!), but it quickly became essential for helping him navigate stairs and get in and out of the car safely without putting strain on his healing leg.It also washes beautifully, which is a huge plus during recovery. Perfect Solution
We have a 13 year old Standard Schnauzer with hip dysplasia and pancreatitis. LOOBANI Dog Sling is perfect. Occasionally, he can walk up the stairs without assistance. If he needs assistance, the sling works perfectly! Just enough to give him a little lift. The fleece lining is very soft. We need to be gentle on his belly due to the pancreatitis, while assisting him with his back hips. Thank you LOOBANI!

Quality sling
Just bought this sling to help my injured dog get back to health. The straps could be just a tad longer (my Dachshund has 4 inch legs) so I could stand straighter. Other than that, it seems really comfortable for her, helps with her mobility, itâs well made and has the soft cushy padding she needs. Quality product that will likely last a long time. I bought a small and my dog is a 12 lb mini Dachshund.

Who I am: Professional pet sitterDog/Use case: 40-lb mixed breed with rear-leg weakness (CCL rehab). Used for stair ascents and stand-assist from lying down.Size bought: Medium (per chart), worked, but narrow for this dog. I recommended the owners buy a Large for better belly coverage.What works: The sling slides under easily and the faux-sheepskin lining gives good cushion without hotspots. My client dog accepted it quickly; her confidence and trust clearly improved once she felt secure. The strap adjustments are generous and quick, so I can dial height for different handlers or shoes.Design gripe: The separate little piece meant to hold the two straps together is clunky and easy to lose. This should be sewn onto the straps. A true Lifesaver!
I don’t often do reviews, but I just had to with this one. Our furbaby Lexa was having knee surgery and I went to Amazon for assistance. This sling is a true lifesaver, for her and for me. Before surgery, I had to lift her into the car (80 pound chub chub) and it was a struggle. She couldn’t jump due to degraded knee cap. When surgery was on the books, I found this sling to assist with her 12 week recovery period (we are in week 2). This sling has helped in so many ways!1. To assist in lifting in and out of vehicle2. Walking her with assistance out to potty and back to bed per doctors orders3. controlling her when her pain meds kick in and she thinks she is going to just spurt off on a run (BELIEVE ME, it happens alot) it prevents her from hurting herself because she forgets she can’t walk, let alone run with her new hardware and knee that is still fusing together and brittle and causing more damage or undoing what the surgery just corrected).4. It helps me get her in and out of her kennel since she can’t put full weight on her leg yet.5. It helps me get her up after taking a break out of her kennel and resting comfortably next to us in the evenings.6. It has a dual purpose LOL I toss the handle strap over her head, and hold onto the other end, and it makes for a great harness control so that she feels unconstrained, but I can predict her attempt to get up or off her bed before she can do it.*If you have a senior dog or any age dog, that just needs that little extra help for any reason, GET THIS SLING NOW. I love that I am able to adjust the strap length, depending on if I am taking her out or if my husband is. super easy and doesn’t slip loose like some adjustable straps. I is super soft under her tummy, she doesn’t object to it at all and when pottying, gives her a comfortable yet sturdy support so that when she goes to posture for pottying, allows her to go without fear of over using her leg. Can’t say enough about this product. So if you dog is going into surgery and you need to create a towel sling, my thought is ok, that will work in a pinch but if you are taking your dog out, day and night several times a day, and you have to adjust your posture to allow for a towel to support them, it’s going to get uncomfortable for you, and the death grip on said towel, pretty quickly. Love this and as stated, a true lifesaver!

Works great on my chihuahua
It’s exactly what I needed for my 10 lbs chihuahua. She has a bad back and has had difficulty using her back legs. This sling has worked great to support her back end and give her more mobility. I purchased the small size and it fit perfectly. It’s very nice quality and the straps are plenty adjustable for anyone’s height. Very pleased with my purchase.

Llego en buen estado, lo pedi para mi perrito que ya es mayor y a veces le cuesta pararse. Es de muy buena calidad, por dentro esta calientito y tiene borreguito, tiene una bolsita para poder cargarlo. Lo unico es que la correa de agarre esta muy larga y a veces es un poco incomodo usarla, pero fuera de eso es buen producto

Arrived way earlier than expected (was supposed to arrive for another 12 days).I got a large for my 13 yr old shar pei/pitt who weights about 73 lbs. and has arthritis in her hips. Sheâs on previcox so we only need to get in/out of the car because my suv seats are quite high (even with a ramp) and she canât lift her legs that much or jump anymore.The sling is very high quality, perfect starching and looks like itâll hold up a long time. The outer canvass makes it rigid enough to not crumple up at the waist but itâs still completely flexible and comfortable for her.I choose this style because I can pop it on & off her tummy while sheâs walking in a split second. Especially helpful if she ends up having trouble mid stair – her can assist her in a flash instead of trying to hook up a harness
