Hornworms are typically shipped small around 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch in length. Allow Hornworms 5-7 days after arrival to grow to a good feeding size. Hornworms ship small because large hornworms consume a lot of food in a very short period and soil the cup. Hornworm Cup Care Guide: Temperature: Keep the cup at room temperature, around 72-80°F (22-27°C). Avoid extreme temperatures as they can harm the horn worms. Ventilation: Ensure the cup has holes or a mesh for adequate airflow. Stagnant air can lead to mold growth and unhealthy worms. Humidity: Maintain moderate humidity inside the cup. If it’s too dry, worms may dehydrate; too wet, and it could foster bacterial growth. Cleaning: Remove frass (waste) regularly to prevent mold and bacteria. This will also reduce odors and maintain a healthy environment for the worms. Handling: Be gentle when handling hornworms. Use soft tweezers if necessary to move your blue-horned worms and to avoid injury.

Great for the price.
They will come very small but it only takes a few days for them to grow nice and big. If you will not be using them right away you may want to get extra food. They will eat it up fast and then you will have starving worms on your hands. My guys usually don’t let them stay around that long. Beardies love em!

Exactly 7 out of my 25-35 worms showed up alive. The seven that are left are very small, and look like they are knocking on death’s door. Completely unacceptable. If there was a ZERO star rating, that’s what I would have given.

I’ve ordered through this seller a couple of times and the hornworms have always arrived healthy. They do grow super fast though and they ran out of food in a few days do I put small carrots in there and they gobbled them up. My frogs love these hornworms!

Fast and convenient! I have never had an issue purchasing my worms here. They are always alive and well upon arrival. They are usually tiny, but give them a few days/weeks and they will grow much larger over time. Follow the care instructions and they will last until youâre ready to feed them to your pet. My bearded dragon loves them.

Well Iâm happy they arrived. They seem alive. But I totally bought these based off the photo and nowhere did I see that they werenât gonna be grown or full size. Iâm massively disappointed because I waited for this to feed my bearded dragon and letâs just say he canât eat these. They are about an inch long if that. And they are super tiny. Basically I will have to hope they grow and survive till I can feed them to him. Very disappointed. I wish I had made a different purchase. The photo was very misleading. Besides that I do have a decent amount of them but again very tiny. And the container very tiny. Shame.Update. They are growing pretty fast so Iâm happy

They’ve changed something
I’ve bought these worms from this seller multiple times in all seasons but the last two shipments have been horrible. The worms won’t grow and there’s like 10 of them not the normal 25. Idk if they’ve changed the food blend, the packaging or what but as of right now they are not worth it and if your dragon is no longer a baby these will not suffice. My bug momma could’ve ate the whole thing and still been hungry. I didn’t let her because I wanted to see if they’d grow and 10 days later they still haven’t
