A must-buy for winter
We got two of these bowls — one for our chickens and one for our dogs. Since it is rubber, it is easy to pop out the ice when the water freezes through, then refill with fresh water. It is flexible — if you fill it up and try to carry it, it will bend — yet sturdy. I was surprised that my dogs haven’t attempted to chew the edges yet — it seems like it will hold up to them. If you need a small (for a farm) water bowl, this is a must-buy. It’s an extremely fair price, too, especially for being made out of rubber.If you are looking for an outdoor dog bowl, this one is definitely the best. My two 100 lb dogs don’t run out of water while I am at work, if I fill this up before I leave. They would easily run out of water with even an extra-large standard dog bowl. It is also extremely easy to clean. They also haven’t flipped it over; the flared design makes flipping the bowl over much harder than if it was straight sides.I was worried that my chickens would climb into it and drown, but they haven’t. I fill it up as much as possible so they can just stand around it and drink. I wouldn’t recommend this for chicks or pullets, because they could hop in and drown due to the depth of the bowl.Overall, if you have animals that need water during the winter (or anytime), this is a must-buy. It’s not big enough for a cow, but it’s the perfect size for a pig or smaller livestock IMO.

I bought two of these to feed a couple of horses that LOVE to invert their bowls (after eating, of course) and paw them. So far, so good! These bowls have been “pawed” and they are holding up just fine!

Great product!
Got this tub to put our compost waste in before offering it to the chickens and it works great. It’s a little rubbery, so it’s super easy to clean. We just spray it with the hose a little and then use a broom to brush it clean. Cleans up like new every time. It’s also heavy enough not to get spilled over so it keeps the mess down. Well worth it.

We use these to make a gravity fed feeder for our chickens in the winter and for watering them in the spring, summer, and fall. Already have another from years ago. These are built well, withstand all kinds of weather. You shouldn’t wrong with this purchase.
