Keeps food clean and dry
I feed several stray cats and have a nice setup on my carport with 3 heated cat houses, a heated water bowl, double heated food bowl for wet food and 3 bowls with kibble and treats. I had trouble with the food getting wet or dirty when it was windy, so I needed a solution.After looking at several items, I think decided on this kitty dining room. It is big enough for their kibble/treat bowls, and was easily assembled with velcro. It keeps the food safe and dry, and the cats love it. I was a little worried that they might be spooked by it, but they walked right up and started eating. Two cats can easily eat side by side at the same time.It has an opening in the back for a cord to go thru, so 2plan to get a 2nd one for the heated wet food double dish.Great investment, highly recommend

Good product!
I have to be honest, I wasnât sure these would work. I have feral cats. They feed off my driveway and every day had a flock of about 50 birds coming to eat the cat food. I set these up and no more birds. And they do a pretty good job of keeping the cat food dry, and the water clean. I have three set up on my driveway. The only problem I have with them is that there are no windows in them, and the cats are only able to stick their heads into eat, but theyâre constantly looking around because they canât see through the sides or the back. Theyâd be really great if they had some kind of insulated plastic window on each side and the back. But nonetheless, they serve the purpose, and they were priced well and as lightweight as they are, with the balls inside, they donât blow over in the wind.

Easy setup and fits the location
So far, went together easily and fits right below our porch bench for added protection. We’ll see if there’s enough protection once winter sets in. Nice that it’s designed to fit the heated cat food/water unit and has a hole to the back for the cord.

It is okay, but…
On the whole, this is a good product. It provides some shelter for outdoor animals who come to our deck for food. We had three inches of snow, and it held up, although sagging a bit. I am not sure it could take very much more snow without caving in. It will hold one squirrel sitting on top of it, but when there are two squirrels moving on it the shelter tips over. It is lightweight, but the food or water in the heated bowls provide enough weight to keep it from blowing away. It was pretty inexpensive, so I knew it would not be as substantial as a wooden structure. I think this shelter is more suited to a sheltered location that does not get much animal traffic. But for the price, I am keeping it and using it for as long as it lasts.

Functional and sturdy
Bought this for the stray cat population that I feed so their water didn’t get hot in the sun, and their food didn’t get soggy in the rain. It has been 4 months so far and has held up well in the elements. Color is faded but that’s it.

Great Cat Feeling Station
Very pleased with quality, size and appearance of feeding station. Comes in 2 pieces that are held together with strong velcro fasteners. As mentioned in other reviews, Iâm using 2 small bricks in the back corners to weigh imdown and hold in place. With the bricks, the product is sturdy enough to withstand fairly strong winds and repel rain / water.

While well made, this won’t work for your cat if they eat from a pedestal bowl. Seems obvious, but that didn’t dawn on me until I tried using it. I’d buy it again if it was about twice the size.

I have befriended numerous feral cats and while Iâve been able to semi-domesticate a couple others are strictly outdoorsy! That meant freezing water bowls and snow and rained on food! So when I saw this eating enclosure it was a perfect match for the heated bowls Iâd purchased. At a good size and with weather resistant material is attractive enough to look natural just outside my kitchen door. It was very easy to put together and while I wouldnât say you couldnât sit on it, it is well made and sturdy enough to take on a snow drift!⦠Iâm happy I bought it!â¦

Literally seconds to fasten it all together, it is very sturdy.I have it setup on a slab of styrofoam which is warm to the touch all winter long.Heated food and water station alongside, all underneath one of the lean-toâs.On cold snowy days the kitties can have their meals and retreat back to their heated condos.Great addition to my cat village.

This little âshedâ is just perfect to keep the kittyâs food dry. I did put 2 small tiles to hold it down. I am feeding a feral cat outside and I thought she might be afraid of eating in there, but no. A nice little shelter and works for me. , or I should say for the cat.
