I didn’t notice any smells from the fake plants, but I did wash them before use, and I wiped the inside of the coconut for good measure. it’s a perfect size for a leopard gecko and looks great. He seems to really enjoy it, no problems with it other than the awkward suction cup to hang it. I cut the vine and tied it to the lid and hanged it from that instead.

Itâs alright
The best thing about this is the coconut hide.. itâs bigger than i expected, super sturdy / dense- really like it. Super disappointed it didnât come with suction cups.. am now having to buy those separately. Donât expect suction cups to come with this stuff. The fake plants are.. fake plants. I do love the vine, but the rest is meh in quality, appearance, etc. Havenât tested it on my gecko yet, but will soon! Altogether this is worth buying solely for how tough the coconut hide is! But if youâre looking for good quality faux foliage, or maybe some suction cups that obviously should come WITH that.. this isnât it.

I orginally bought these as a background devcor and a cute hidey hole for my little guy but he has made it into his home I bought some suction cups as well to attach the cave so 10/10 would buy again

Turns your crabitat into a tropical getaway
Why did you pick this product vs others?:There are a ton of accessories out there for parents of hermit crabs but I picked this group and Iâm glad I did. I wanted to add additional space for my guys to climb and hide and this checked all the boxes. First I want to say that the suction cup for the hanging coconut sticks very well. I did have to hang it from the glass part in the lid so if you have a screen lid, you could just use a hook otherwise if you attach the suction cup on the side of the tank, the coconut tilts. The larger bunch of greenery is made of plastic but is a favorite place for my guys to hide in. The smaller bunch of greens are a fabric type of material. Adding these pieces has definitely added a tropical/jungle vibe to my tank.Â

Changes the look of the tank!
This is a nice package for the price. Used this for my Gecko cage and I can easily say it changed the look of the tank while giving them a place to hide. Only downside is it doesnât come with quality hooks so plan on grabbing some of your own.
