Easy Assembly, Seems Sturdy
I love the esthetic and build of this cat tree. Despite measuring my space, this cat tree is a little larger than I imagined (the base IS the same measurements as shown in the listing), as the perch areas stick out past the base – this was not an issue but an observation. I’m really enjoying the look of this cat tree, it matches well with my mid century modern decor. And even more important, it’ll be easy to wipe clean as needed, or remove the velcro-on cushions to wash them (I didn’t like the idea of those hard to clean carpet trees!) The true test will be seeing what our cat thinks in a few weeks time. Overall very happy with this product and assembly was easy with one person – it took me 20-30 minutes.

Arrived in good condition. Instructions were easy to follow. Cats started using it almost immediately. Looks nice and is pretty sturdy just a little wobble. Nice big platforms and box that my very large cats fit on/in without difficulty. Looks good. As to how it will hold up time will tell.

Very happy with our purchase
Our two furballs are both scratchers and trees are a consumable item for the most part –until now. This is the highest quality tree I’ve bought yet — the surfaces are all easy to clean (we toss the pads in the wash on gentle cycle and the flat surfaces are easy to wipe clean). The sisal scratchers of course fall apart over time but I’ve already had no problem pulling the poles off and rewrapping them with fresh sisal as needed. The cardboard of the poles is much thicker and higher quality than most trees and hold up much better when razor-sharp claws work their way through the sisal. I would definitely purchase this again, but I don’t think that’s going to be needed for a long time.

Edit: The manager of the store communicated with me and resolved the issue of return shipping to my full satisfaction. Therefore, I am adding back the stars I removed for poor service. As I stated below, the product is decent so if youâre sure your cat will like it, itâs worth it.Original review:The product is okay. It’s mostly simple to assemble, but the topmost platform has a fence that is very fiddly to put together. The railing pieces don’t have a perfect fit either. The stability is only so-so: you can rock it but it doesn’t fall over. Still, you’re better off putting some weights on the bottom platform to make sure it doesn’t tip over if your cat is energetic.Customer service is very poor. Note: You are buying from a 3rd party, not from Amazon directly. My cat did not care for the tower and didn’t want to use it. It’s a large cat and didn’t feel comfortable.The return policy specifies you must pay return shipping by UPS or FedEx on a heavy and bulky package. The CSR was rude and unhelpful, saying that the description was correct and “it’s not our fault”. Very childish…the issue isn’t about placing blame or finding fault, it’s about customer satisfaction. And mind you, the customer is a cat, not a person. The cat didn’t read the description and tell me, “Sure, let’s try this out, looks good, I promise to use it.” Cats have unpredictable likes and dislikes. Anyone selling a product for cats should have a friction-free return policy. Caveat emptor: be absolutely sure your cat will like this before you pay much more than similar products on Amazon.

Pic little dark ~made well~sturdy~easy to assemble~like the colors~nice change from Oak~left top perch off~didnât need it~my tabby apx 8lbs~ bed little small, niece will like it for her smaller cat-this piece is very nice. Large, sturdy cat tree at a good price…
This is a nice looking large, sturdy cat tree that should withstand some wear and tear from an active cat. My rescue cat was already checking out the private condo before I had even finished putting the whole thing together. It’s hard to see from the picture, but my cat is in the condo. He also has been enjoying the nice and thick scratching posts. It took me a little over an hour to put it together by myself. The directions are clear and all the pieces needed were included. It was a good purchase at a good price for the size and stability.
