Terrible product!
This product showed up at my house all broken in pieces. The word Christmas was broken in three pieces and the bear and Santa clause had their legs all broken off. It had to have been packaged that way cause the box was not damaged at all. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Would have been great
They are small but i expected that. But still nice to enjoy for x-mas and to be festive. But paint and look they are very nice, but santa lost a foot and the christmas came broke out of box. It could simply had been a careless worker tossing packages around as well, not who shipped it, so who knows what step in the process it got broke but thats how i got it.

Looks like they arrive broken frequently
The item is a good small decoration with multiple pieces. They pack it in a sturdy box and the items are packed well within a smaller box. I think the problem is that they don’t bubble wrap or package the smaller box so that it doesn’t move within the larger box. I received it with the ball of the hat on the mouse broken off, which I think was due to the smaller box not being secure. No big deal since I was going to use it it my fish tank anyway, but I wish I read all the reviews before I bought it. All the reviews seem to be about the product arriving damaged. Cool item for the holidays, but you’re gambling if it will arrive intact.
