Why does the system restart cycle?
Ensure the output of the adapter (plug) is DC 5V~2A. Cause 5V/2A is a necessary condition for ensuring stable operation of the system.

Which let’s be honest, how long will a USB C connection covered in moisture last… I do not have high hopes.
Don’t worry, Both PCBA and USB have undergone waterproof and rust proof treatment.
The screen flickers a lot when the pump is running
Don’t worry, this is normal because it is equipped with a high-power pump. At the moment when the pump is running, the current will reach its peak. So it will have a slight flicker.
Why are some customers’ sensor probes damaged?
The probe is not waterproof. There are many holes on it for detecting temperature and humidity. Keep the probe far away from water.

Worked 4 days
I really wanted this one to work as a supplemental humidifier for my incubator. All was well for 4 days then it started re booting itself each time the pump would try to come on. It did this over and over each time gravity leaking the water in the hose a little bit. It flooded my incubator by the time I found it malfunctioning. Great idea but I wouldnât trust it to function if itâs for something critical

Love this for our chamelon, she absolutely loves the mister and it works so well! Easy set up! There’s a bit of noise but nothing that disturbing, for the price its a great deal!

BEST 50 DOLLAR MISTERS PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
To the people who are struggling with learning to use the pump, please go back and read instructions. This is one of the highest quality 50 dollar pumps.For those of you with bad pumps just email the supplier which is listed in their settings in the pump. The same day I reached out to support on a Sunday I already got a new pump. I’ve bought multiple misters and foggers.Program them for specific times. The level of customization is beyond any other 50 dollar pump. Those wifi pumps for 25 or 30 go bad, this is a quality pump.I don’t want to see this vendor go off the market due to some poorly informed reviews.

Perfect with a couple extra steps
I’d give it a 5 stars on function. I actually used it to maintain humidity in a diy dry ager. But the usb c for the Mister comes unplugged really easily. I had to plug it in hard and secure everything so it cant move at all. Otherwise it’s great

I was never able to get it to work.
I was never able to get it to work. After following the setup instructions the best that I could I saw no evidence that it was working. The set up instructions, especially for running the tubing, were not helpful. The instruction book, overall, leaves something to be desired as far as user friendliness is concerned. If others were able to get it to work, good for you. It seems like a great concept. I moved on and bought something else which is less complicated.

Works sometimes and other times is not reliable⦠did not come with something to hold the water which while its not a big deal this is for a reptile and needs ti be consistent and accurate. All in all it will work until i can get something reliable. Probably would not recommend at least for reptiles.
