The WiFi reptile thermostat controls the temp remotely. Plug heat mats and you could monitor the temperature via INKBIRD APP easily
2 outlets(2 probes), but work individually. It would be an ideal thermostat for reptiles if you have more than one terrarium
With this heat mat temperature controller, data charts or data exported, high and low-temperature alarms, and probe error alarms are available via the INKBIRD app
It can be an automatic thermostat switch by simply plugging with a heat mat, heat lamp, or other heaters. It is also suitable for ball python
Note: The wattage on each outlet is 250 W Max and IPT-2CH currently only supports 2.4 GHz wifi
Note: Both outlets are for heating only
Customers say
Customers find the thermostat easy to set up and use, with good quality probes and accurate temperature control. The WiFi connectivity receives mixed feedback – while the app works well, some report it doesn’t connect at all. The functionality, temperature control accuracy, and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some saying it works well while others report it stops working consistently and isn’t worth the cost.

Mini greenhouse thermostat
I used this to detect the temperatures of ambient air and soil in my mini greenhouse. It seemed to work accurately and was fairly easy to set up. My seedlings stayed nice and toasty.

I’m using this for fish tank heaters in two separate tanks
Definitely worth the priceThis product works amazing the amount of settings are absolutely perfect and it also has a graph so you can keep track of the heating cycles up and down it also has very precise heat settings, you can easily lower the temperature and keep it at a certain temperature if your fish like to breed in colder water, and then raise the temperature back up when breeding is over

works as described.
I use this product to control temps of my ball python racks. For the price the complaints are minor in comparison to more expensive units. I will say it is easier to setup the product using the app as compared to pressing the buttons on the front. Just scan the QR code in the directions. I have complete control of both devices anywhere I am at with the use of my smart phone. Another gripe is that the product does not lite up with pressing any of the buttons or you can not read the display at night, while in the reptile room. It reminds me of an old watch style display, grey and dull. With that being said after I bought the first one and the ease of setup after installing the app and liking the end result I did buy a second one. I’m able to see and control both controllers on my phone which is handy and I can have alarm set points that will notify if something is wrong and temps stray away from what they are set for. Probably my biggest issue is the cord length for plugging this into a wall outlet. What can you do with a 2.5ft-3ft cord. “Nothing” so be prepared to use a short extension cord. This should have came included with atleast a 6ft cord to plug into a wall outlet. on the other hand the two lengths of wire for the temp sensors was plenty long enough with a ton to spare. This is after 3 weeks of use. If any problems come up within 6 months i’ll update.

Works great. Sample control graphs included in review
Controls nearly perfect when used correctly. I think the negative reviews regarding control may be due to not understanding thermal inertia of the controlled item, see discussion below and attached plots. I tested it under a full 250watt load with no issues. Logging function is awesome, though the ap graphics are so lightly colored they are hard to read. Trends are easily downloaded as CSV for use in MS Excel if you want. Instructions for operation are for crap, but fortunately it is not that difficult to operate the controller and logger function. Probe lengths make it easy to use on two controlled setups at once.Regarding attached plots:1. I plugged a 250w (maximum rating) heat lamp into load 1 and directed it at the temp. probe at about 10″ away, proge just hanging in air. Since there is minimal thermal inertia, the control is perfect between the two set points. If one wants to control to a single set point, then they need to buy a much more expensive PID controller. This is a two point controller so this is what you get.2. I plugged in a 50w heating blanket (one for your back) on load 2 and set the temp probe on the blanket. Note that due to thermal inertia of the blanket, the temperature rises well above the upper set point. This is NOT bad control (on the controllers part), this is a bad configuration.3. Once I was satisfied the controller worked OK under full load, I put it to actual use on a planting pot full of moist soild and using a heat mat under it. I wasn’t sure how the dynamics of thermal inertia would be, but they looked OK with minimal under and overshoots. So I narrowed the set point range for the next plot.4. Same set up as 3, but with narrower set points. Note that a wider setpoint will mean less cycles on the control device, narrower is better control but more cycles on the control device. Trade-off for longevity of device.

Great customer service for a great item
Absolutely â¤ï¸my WiFi dual output temp controller. My worm bins have never been so happy devouring the food scraps at a alarming rate. Itâs been flawless minus 1 little hiccup one of my probes failed to read the correct temps and was giving false high temp alarms. Looks ckily I have two probes in the same bin so reference the analog gauge and yup reading higher then the softwares temp correction input so contacted costumer service tried heating probe in over at 300deg for 30 min and boil probe just the metal end keeping water from intruding the probes wire connection. But to no avail, emailed the cs rep back and they re sending new probe. So happy Iâm expanding my bins so bought a new dual output WiFi unit again.

Doesn’t heat
Doesn’t work. Heat only kicks on when I open the app.

Al principio me llego con un termometro fallido pero pedi cambio y perfecto funciona con el foco de calor y el tapete termico para mi gecko y la aplicación esta fácil de usar
