The chews receive positive feedback for their taste, with cats eating them eagerly at every meal, and customers find them to be of good quality. Customers disagree on the softness of the chews, with some describing them as hard as rocks, while opinions on value for money are divided between those who find them worth every penny and those who consider them expensive. The product has a strong smell that some customers find unpleasant.

CURED OUR CATS CHRONIC UTI INFECTIONS!!!
TLDR: Flow has helped our kitty become much healthier and prevented her from getting more UTIs. Our British shorthair cat with chronic UTIs and a sensitive stomach loves these “treats,” and hasn’t had any UTI symptoms for the past 6 months! She used to never drink water, but now loves to drink from her water bowl at least 3x per day; also, she has become a little less overweight, which is a great thing for her health too!FULL STORY: We have a lovely British short-haired cat who has always been slightly chubby. She is a very picky eater with a very sensitive stomach. Most importantly – she never drank from her water bowl and had a difficult time cleaning herself after using the little box (again, she’s a little bit chubby). About a year ago she developed her first UTI. We called the vet, who then put her on antibiotics and gave her fluids. For one month, she was fine, but then had UTI symptoms again. The vet said we had a chronic UTI cat. For the next 30 days, we gave her tons of liquids (more brothy and gravy-filled foods and tried every way to convince her to drink more water from water fountains, to ice cubes, to all shapes, sizes, and temperatures of water bowls to no avail), we tried apple cider vinegar treatments and cranberry paste for cats, but after 30 days, she had a UTI again. In desperation, we tried Flow, not expecting it to work, getting ready for more vet bills every month. However, SURPRISE SURPRISE, Flow worked amazingly!!!Flow is excellent!! First, our cat loves the flavor so much we call it her “treat.” Second, she now drinks water on her own from her water bowl at least 3x per day with no coaxing! Third, she’s been losing weight, eating better, and acting like a happy kitty once again. And finally, and most importantly, she hasn’t had a UTI since we started using it six months ago. For our kitty household, Flow is as important as food and water, usually taking 1, 2, or 3 Flow treats per day for our 13-pound British shorthair cat. To the people who created Flow – you guys are lifesavers – literally. Thank you!!

YOUR THE HUMAN, IF TO BIG BREAK THEM!!!
I was lucky enough to find a vet that made house calls. I’m a registered nurse and like to consider myself educated. So, here’s what I learned from the vet. I have 6 fur babies and therefore thought an electric water fountain with a charcoal filter would be ideal for all my babies. WRONG!! The vet asked how often I clean my fountain. I mentioned the charcoal filter and answered her, once a week. She told me that was not acceptable and that the fountain should be cleaned daily!!! She stated that one of the biggest causes of cystitis was not enough hydration. She went on to explain that cats have a very very keen sense of smell and water fountains harbor staph if not cleaned daily and the cats can smell this. I mentioned that the cats seem to drink just fine from it. She stated that if that’s their only option it will appear that way. She encouraged me to get rid of the fountain and obtain many water dishes( not plastic) and place them in various places around the house and again change daily. I bought stainless water dishes and followed her recommendation. I witnessed my cats increase their water intake by at least double!!! I was amazed by this. So along with the increased water consumption (by all cats) and the addition of a UT dry food support( 9 lives brand that they all eat), the cranberry FLOW supplements(2 daily) to my male kitty, I have been able to effectively manage his cystitis. After breaking the 2 treats that is recommended daily into 3 bites and insisting he eats them BEFORE giving him TEMPTATIONS(crack to him) he would be rewarded with them. He complied eventually. Now it’s a routine to him. Even the other cats(after hearing the bag crinkle) know that they also are in line to get TEMPTATIONS after he eats his cranberry supplement

Smells terrible and is NOT soft…
I have 5 cats, all related, crystals and stones run heavily in the family genetics. 3 out of 5 have had serious issues, enough for one to need bladder surgery. Twice. Getting water fountains fixed it for my boy, my 2 girls were still getting stones. Everyone is now on expensive prescription foods ( horrible stuff, mostly made of corn and corn by products, cats have gained weight and overall health seems to be declining on this crap food. How is it “Science” when you are feeding obligate carnivores a high carb diet? ).In my search for products that could help my furkids so they can switch to healthier foods, I tried these. My oldest also has allergies and the Spry lysine treats are eaten, and well tolerated by her. Not so these Flow treats. They arrived hard as rocks with an awful odor. When I opened the bag and let the kitties smell them, they literally ran away. Not one cat will even get close enough to try them. We recently acquired a Boston Terrier puppy, who is like a vacuum cleaner; she eats anything/everything, edible or not. Even she refuses to try them. I might have just decided the cats are too picky but when the dog walked away ( she will eat actual poop ) I knew the problem was beyond picky cats. Something has gone wrong with this batch. The smell is nauseating and they are rock hard. Cannot recommend. Back to the drawing board!

Good product that seems to work fine, packaging not so good.
The item was delivered promptly and apparently worked very effectively in stopping a budding bladder issue with my young male cat. Seemed to work quickly, too! Rusty seemed to really like the flavor and looked forward to his “treat” twice a day. I would get this again, if he starts showing signs of trouble again. The only thing I did not like was the packaging. Before we’d used up all the product the “zipper” on the bag ceased to function, and we had to put the little tidbit things in an empty pill bottle.
