Surprised how easy it was!
Bought it bc I’m pregnant and can’t bend over to clean the tub comfortably. A task that would have had me out of breath was accomplished pretty easily. Wish I had this the first time I was pregnant! It can be a little awkwardly balanced at some angles, but I really didn’t have to scrub or put pressure. It blasted through mold and soap scum from month+ from not cleaning the heavily used family shower with a biodegradable cleaner.

I wasn’t going to order this, until I noticed that it was a HOTO tool. After having dealt with HOTO’s support, I’m far more confident in ordering their tools. Their support team is incredible, responsive, and support calls are answered by live, helpful operators (clearly, a cut above). HOTO seems to be an extremely innovative company, and this tool is no different…I’ll start with the PLETHORA of attachments. Multiple brushes of varying size and shape make it easy to pick the “right tool for the right job.” Three different brushes: one flat and wide, one medium half sphere, and one small conical allow the user to reach nearly any part of any crevice size/shape. These are ideally suited to reduce the physical effort required to truly clean in hard to reach places.Next, this kit provides three sponge attachments. Two are soft sponge of different thickness and firmness. The third is a scrubber that takes on more stubborn surface mess. It scrubbed my kitchen counters clean in a couple of minutes. It also did a decent job on the inside of our oven. A better cleaning solvent will make it a snap to get it fully finished.Finally, two different micro fibre pads make it easy to clean delicate surfaces. They provided a nice sheen to the stove top and the refrigerator.Now we come to my favorite part: dishes. As a replacement for a scrubber sponge, this couldn’t be better suited. I know this is not an advertised use, but it struck me immediately, when I saw the mechanism. With dishes, nothing stays on the surface of bowls and dishes – including sauces that have a tendency to dry and stick during the meal. Silverware/flatware scrubs clean in seconds. We only run things through the dishwasher for sanitizing (high water temp). Everything is washed and debris-free before it goes in.Large bowls and deep pots are a snap because the unit has a handle that, with the push of a button can be turned from flat/straight to 90 degrees. Deep pots are cleaned in seconds with less “elbow grease.” Large glass/stainless bowls are the same way. Smaller containers simply require an attachment change.This brings me to the final, GREAT feature: attachment changes. Before I ordered this, I looked up several videos on the use of this tool. This seems to be the next generation of a great predecessor. The previous model had a snap-lock mount for all the different heads. While that was great, HOTO has made (IMHO) an improvement, here. The head mount is now magnetic. The magnet is strong enough to keep the head firmly attached, but not so strong as to make changing it difficult. Drop in, pull out. It’s THAT simple. Moreover, the ‘hook and loop” (velcro) used for the sponges and microfiber make this akin to a rotary sander with changeable pads. The most beautiful part is that when they start to get a bit saturated (oils, grease, etc.), all that’s required to bring them back to life is to throw them in the clothes washer. Want to sanitize them? throw them in the dishwasher and let the high temperature of the water do that work.The included wand is extendable/retractable with a single quick twist. It can extend the reach of the tool to over four feet. For those that can’t quite reach without it, it’s a must have. It’s included in the kit.I have only a couple of minor suggestions…First, I would love to see HOTO make their attachment storage bag a little larger. The mesh bag is large enough to hold all the attachments, but making it a little larger would eliminate having to remove ALL the attachments, when the attachment you want/need is all the way at the bottom.Second, the motor is strong and fairly efficient, but improving the battery life would be a real benefit. I got just over an hour out of my first use. The LED readout is bright and clear, allowing the user to monitor how much work time they have left to finish their task. Increasing that time would be truly beneficial.Next, I would recommend switching the engagement button to a physical button that can be a spring-loaded or similar type of physical button that can be locked in place for continuous run. Sometimes, the two-second delay off can produce some rather awkward hand positions, especially when the user’s hands might be soapy/slippery.Finally, I would suggest creating an attachment that allows the user to mount bottle brushes. This was the ONLY dish washing task I was unable to accomplish with this tool, and would IMMEDIATELY expand the usefulness of this amazing little tool.Even without the suggested modifications/additions, this is an incredible value! I wouldn’t even have attempted the dish washing had it not been for the fully submersible IP 7 rating (I tested this feature). Being able to fully submerge this in water makes it a cut above. I will urge caution in one respect: make certain that the USB-C charging port is sealed before using this in/around water (for your own safety!). Absolutely worth every penny!

It’s lightweight, super easy to handle, and way more powerful than it looks.The motor doesn’t bog down when you apply pressure, which was my biggest worry. I used it on my shower walls, tub, and even some stubborn grout lines, and it cut through everything without me having to scrub like crazy.
