Nice quality!
These are very nice quality! The leather is excellent and the zipper seems heavy duty. However, the sizing given on the listing is SO nebulous. The manufacturer did not base the sizes via S, M, L etc. but rather numerical sizing. I ordered a small for my slim 8 year old daughter and they were so tiny. The tag showed them to be a size 6. So, I reordered them as a medium and this time they came with the tag of size 8 and they are perfect. They are a slim fit which is great for my daughter but she is very slim. I would agree with the other review that these do indeed run small in terms of most American children’s sizing even though they do have a stretch panel. Other than that, they are very lovely chaps.

Cheap and too small
Just received the largest pair they offer and I even measured my 9 year olds calves to make sure I got she right size and, when I went to try the first one on, the second I tried to pull the zipper up in fell apart in my hands. It was probably the cheapest looking zipper pull I have ever seen. Why would they make this out of cheap plastic??? I went ahead and tried the other one on and, although the zipper stayed in tack, it was way too tight for her to wear comfortably.

Very small! Ordered a medium for my 45lb 5 year old and theyâre almost too small. Probably a large would have been better! She is tall and skinny. Havenât used yet so not sure on quality but sizing is definitely small.

Poor quality..tear easily.
Nice looking 1/2 chaps at good price, but you get what you pay for. Had these for my granddaughter for 2 months, worn 1x week and are coming about.

Broke after 2 wears
We got these for my daughter for Easter. She wore them twice and then the zipper pull broke off. They are still usable if we use a pliers to zip them up. Wouldnât recommend.
